My right eye didn't seem to take the curl at all and I mentioned my concern and I was told to wait it out, which is fair, but I would have liked to know that there was an option to fix the problem. I shouldn't have had to pay that much money for something I had to have redone the next day.

In an area where there is significant competition, they stand out by offering a clean atmosphere, quality products and outstanding service. I know I can refer my friends here, and they will be well cared for. Highly recommend! *I have noticed a few people have left terrible reviews, saying they weren't offered great service or a fix to a problem. The few times I had a nail chip or issue within a few days, they took care of it. Give them the chance to make it right. No one is perfect, but I dare say they always try to do the right thing and make it right. I do not believe you should get a discount for service that was already done, especially when they make it right. Just my two cents on that comment from others.* Given the opportunity, I know that the owners Margi and Christian will do what they can to resolve any issues or concerns. They are good people who run the salon well!
