This store is rather large. Larger than the grocery stores back at home. Maybe the newest Krogers Grocery Store on Mall Blvd in Savannah Ga may match it in size. Maybe not! Lots of walking for sure. It's quite an experience shopping for food in Germany. So not like the states. It definitely will be a greater appreciation for many many things when we get back to the states. A quart of milk is .36-.46 cents here. Cheese is .79-1.99 here. Bread is .85-2.00 here. Juice is .55-1.50 here. Fruit is very cheap. Meat is very cheap. Water is not sold by the gallon here. It's like a liter-1.5 liter I believe .19 cent and up a bottle. Or you buy the case, plus .25 cent for recycle. Once you recycle it back to the store you'll receive. 25 cent for each bottle you bring back. It goes through a recycling machine in a hole that you put it in. It goes down a conveyer belt into this room and drops down into a box. The counter on the machine adds .25 cent each time you feed it a bottle. When you're finished then you get a ticket with money. You give it to the cashier when she or he rings up your grocery total and you receive the ticket total as a discount against your grocery bill. I'll do a video soon. Love this grocery store. They have all the fresh meat, fish, vegetables , sushi station, Asian ,…read moreMexican, Spanish section. They also have fresh bakery and cheese station. Their selections are big and gave a huge variety. This store is huge and has a separate section just for liquor and drinks. They have a huge selection of beers. Check my pic!! Wow. I have never seen so much beer selection! We ordered their dry aged beef for Christmas Day and it was pretty tasty. We also had their lamb and roast pork straight from the butcher which was pretty good. Their vegetable selection is huge that is has even lemon grass and daikon. Their dairy section is huge as well. Fast service and friendly service. After the cash registers, there's a fresh bakery and also a section that sells Italian anti pasta. Would come back here to buys some German chocolate and sausage to take back home. Trust!

We came here to shop for shabu shabu ingredients which my cousin was preparing for us and we found everything we needed. The meat, cheese, seafood selection was large but I was in awe by the beer selection - literally row after row and what was nice is you're allowed to purchased a bottle vs the entire 6 or twelve pack. We ended up purchasing a large variety. I had no idea there are 5000 brands of beers in Germany. The store also sells hot pork sammies in the deli on for $1.80 Euro and are the bomb. BTW we enjoyed a fabulous dinner and the beer was great tasting.
