I wanted to take back some whiskey marmalade (and it's another story that it got impounded at the airport as was over the liquid limit) and I also found a great plough-house chutney!! Very affordable, cost around £6 and very pleased as was looking for local produce exactly like this, which the local Marks & Spencer's didn't stock. Oh, also check out the whisky flavored condom at the front checkout of the store! There was also a clotted cream fudge, but it was too big a size, so didn't purchase. Overall however, very pleased with the variety of local food that was available at this shop, and if you are looking for good quality and relatively inexpensive food items to take back as souvenirs, then definitely recommend coming & checking out this store. It was a great find, and I left feeling quite satisfied. Call ahead for a reservation, because they get booked up really quickly. As soon as we got off the boat, I called to make a reservation and we high-tailed it over there before everyone else figured out that it was the closest place to eat.

They also sell a range of ornaments which are pretty and inexpensive. The staff are friendly and the shop is never too busy.
