The cream was so light and fluffy, and the brioche bread was the perfect accompaniment. The raspberry jam added a nice tart flavor to it as well. I am a huge fan of pistachio so I ordered every pistachio dessert. So delicious! I will be dreaming about these until I return. I got them to take away so I was not able to experience the cafe. The staff were super helpful and friendly.
