The product, as always, it's exceptional, however be prepared to WAIT and WAIT and WAIT. The store is attractive, however not designed to cater to the customer. You could wait close to an hour (that's with a take a number system and everything) and there is one single stool in the whole store for one person to sit. As people lean around to cope with the wait, signs around displays all say "do not lean". In trying to be productive during the entire wait I asked for the wifi password and I was told no wifi for customers.
All in all, a very poor experience. I guess when your customer base is about an addiction, a brand doesn't have to worry too much about how to deliver an appropriate and well thought out retail concept. Maybe time for the competition to step up and fill a gap. read more
