This company does not know or care to know what customer service is. They are rude, hang on you when they feel like it and you have to call again and tell your story to the next guy/girl who, when "bothered" hangs up again. Terrible service. Not worth the trouble. This branch of Nespresso is located on Passeig de Gràcia in Barcelona, it is also apart of a small shopping mall which I can't currently recall the name of. When I first entered this store, it was just silence, the door was open but there was nothing to see in the store, no staff, it just meant you could come into a certain level before it was blocked off by quite a low rope, there was no signs on the window and I thought the store had closed. This was until I passed the same store again on street level and it was infact open, the store is mainly one large floor as well as one as you come in from the street, and one as you come in from the mall and only the premier takes you into the main floor level. Once I finally got in, the staff seemed rude throughout, they appeared to talk to each other in spanish, to zone me out of the conversation rather than actually try to sell a machine and at least ask me whether they can do anything to help. I did try a coffee, however she wouldn't even tell me which one it was up until I asked her two or three times. I really don't understand the format of this store, it is too big and some parts have no staff or signs at all, making you feel like the store has been abandoned, due to all reasons mentioned I feel this store just deserves a single one star, which is a shame as I'm a big fan of the Nespresso chain and their beverages. read more

This place is so snooty - without reason. Unbelievable. We were "issued" a number for service...with 5 people in the store. When they called our number, I asked them if they could help me choose a specific espresso. The lady looked at me, said I wasn't ready, and called the next number. I went and chose the coffee I thought was closest to the one I wanted...and when I came back to check out, a different clerk told me I had to take a number. I left the espresso on the floor (yes, on the floor) and walked out. Go to the other store in Barcelona. This one has no right to treat customers this way. read more

During a recent stay in Barcelona, we stopped in a Nespresso store (Boutique Nespresso P. De Gracia, Passeig de Gracia 55, 08007 Barcelona) right on the main avenue outside our apartment. This store was enormous! On the shelves near the front of the store, one you took the steps down from the entrance, the were all sorts of Nespresso machines being displayed, from large commercial ones to itty bitty ones for serving a small cup of Nespresso. Once you walk in a bit further, you see Nespresso capsules in a plethora of flavors as well as a Nespresso Bar for tasting their flavors. In th very back of the store we came across an entire room filled with flavored capsule boxes for sale. They were pretty high-tech in this store as well. The sales attendant helped us. We selected 2 flavors to try with the Nespresso machine in our apartment. We placed the 2 small boxes in a bag, which we placed in a machine. This machine immediately identified our flavors, and like an atm machine, we slipped our card in and out, punched in our pin, the we were done. Pretty neat... you had to be there I suppose. Our two sleeves of capsules cost us €8.5 The store must have been pretty new. That, or they kept it very clean and tidy in all parts of the shop. After our purchase, we stayed for a sample of Nespresso at their bar. Nice touch. Wonderful service from the baristas. And of course, fabulous Nespresso. read more
