Ok, strap in, because the truth I am about to reveal should make anyone seeking employment weak in the knees! Adecco has been my employment GO-TO for decades...all the way back in 2000ish, they hooked me up with the best position I had ever had (up to that point in my career) at a business called PrimeCo, soon to be re-branded as T-Mobile. As my first experience using Adecco - it was, needless to say, flawless. I kept that job for several years and was introduced to middle management there. Fast forward to 2022, many fantastic contract/temp positions later - I receive an email - OUT OF THE BLUE, MIND YOU - from Ms. Kelley Howard, a recruiter for Adecco. This is the email that will change the course of my career and my life. Kelley (and Adecco) has found a position - get this: FOR ME - and would like to schedule a chat to discuss the specifics. Now, I do not have proof of this, but I do believe deep down inside that Adecco, under the motivation of Kelley, has been actively searching and viciously headhunting this 'job' for me and once they discovered it - immediately reached out and HANDED IT TO ME ON A SILVER PLATTER. This position is with a Fortune50, international, multi-billion dollar company, that could not have exceeded my expectations any more than it did if I were to design my ideal position from scratch. Understand - this was beyond perfection. Kelley Howard and Adecco had succeeded in locating, interviewing, introducing, and ushering in my employment to a "T" with a company that which I could not have dreamed of being considered as a candidate. I wasn't just a candidate - I WAS HIRED. Hired directly with insurance, 401k, higher than avg. salary, sign-on bonus, and the list of benefits and perks goes on and on... Kelley Howard and Adecco did this for me.
