WOW! it was one of the most unique and nourishing experiences. Ashley was very nice, professional and kind. Her facial massage left me feeling mesmerized. I loved how intentional the facial massage was, an amazing lymphatic drainage, and she helped release tension in my face. Also She massaged the inside of my mouth - first ever in my life! She released my jaw muscles that were very tense that I didn't even know I had. As someone who frequently experiences bloat and puffiness on my face, my face felt lifted and sculpted afterward. The aesthetic is beautiful and the ambiance is soothing and relaxing - just how a facial should be! I cannot wait to come back next year! Thank you Ashley!

I have had many facials from various estheticians and Shanna is a true practitioner. In comparison, the other estheticians were going through motions -- that isn't to say they did a poor job but you can tell Shanna loves what she does; she enjoys connecting with her clients and offers an "experience" rather than just a facial. Honestly, I've had some pretty rough months lately and my appointments with her have actually soothed my soul a bit. And, my skin is so happy! The hydro facial and jelly mask makes my skin glow. I will also call out the location of her studio-at the mall. It's super convenient for a few reasons, one being that my husband can grab coffee and hit the Apple store or read while waiting for me.
