The level service met with the price of the items. They provided me a generous amount of samples. I can't stress enough how nice it is to experience items in person. Items that I thought I'd like after seeing them online, weren't what I thought but... I found some unexpected lovely treasures that I would have never found on my own because of the help of the sales staff. This is locates on the east side of UTC where Pacific Catch is. I made my appointment online and…read moreit was pretty easy. I arrived 10 minutes early. They asked me to sit on one of the chairs and gave me a robe while the colorist is finishing up a customer. They took a picture of my hair and suggested a color that I agreed with. My scalp is super sensitive but was surprised that their solution did not give me that burning feeling on my scalp. After 40 minutes, someone else rinsed my hair and she was very nice. After the rinse, they walk you to where the blow dryer is and you have to dry it yourself or pay $50 extra for them to blow dry for you. They give you products you can use for your hair while brow drying. I like this place but will only be a back up and will go back to my usual stylist when she comes back from leave.
