I recently started following them on Facebook, and love that they post almost daily updates on new vinyl coming into the shop, and will even put a 7 day hold on items they post if you request. Last week was my first time visiting, and although it's not a big shop, they've got it packed, and well organized, offering music sorted out by many different genres, and sub-organized within the genres in alphabetical order. Pricing varies, assuming based on amount of specific items in inventory, rarity, and condition. The staff was friendly, and welcoming, asking if there were specific items I was looking for. Great spot to have in town, but potentially financially dangerous for music lovers out there! Though it was my first time, I'm certain it won't be my last. Give them a like on a Facebook, and stop in to pick up some of your favorites.

With its location on a strip, parking can be a hassle. I found one way in the back of the lot. It was a short walk but it was raining. Inside, it was cozy but an abundance of records with a huge variety. There were records on the wall and in binds. The records are separated by genres and the price of each are on each individual record. The prices varied. We ended up getting 3 records which was $90 total. The cashier was friendly. I recommend!

It's a fairly good-sized store with many records for sale but I would say 95% are old records and "oldies"....pretty much majority pre-90s music. I was looking for some R&B records but was shown a very very small spot for them - and they were all old. Service is ok, the owner didn't really bother us much as we browsed. Value is quite high for some records but some decent. Also sells old record players, speakers, etc. Def. Has an "old" store feel to it

I've been wanting to check this store out for many years, and finally got the opportunity to…read morerecently. After a few failed attempts, because of odd hours, I was finally able to catch them while they were open. They seam to only be open a few days a week, every other week or so, but have a sign posted letting you know the next days they're scheduled to be open. The owner was friendly and welcomed me in. I was always curious what they had, and was pleased to find they have a nice selection of vinyl, sorted by genre and alphabetically, as well as old stereo components (receivers, turntables, cd decks, etc) from many manufacturers. They carry array of speakers in all sizes, and and brands, as well as a small selection of used CDs, Cassettes, and old concert posters. I enjoyed my visit, unfortunately, much of what I looked at was out of my budget. Still fun to look, and a bit nostalgic, with so much of the world going digital. Check them out if you have time.

I took a shot in the "bargain bin" and did the 3 for $8 deal and scored a Dolly Parton record, Elton John and even an Elvis! Safe to say even though they were a bargain- it's not no names! Could've spent all day looking at the awesome collection this man had or just chatting. Will continue coming here to support my vinyl addiction.

The store really goes all out for Record Store Day too, pitting in a lot more effort than a lot of other stores their size. I can guarantee that every time you come in you'll at least find something interesting, even if it isn't a must buy. On top of this the store is incredibly organized and has a great atmosphere. Can't recommend this place enough--it has no equal anywhere close. Definitely roll through!

Many of the records I already have , hard to find vinyl, but they have them. As I was thumbing through I was talking to Mary who runs the store. I told her the selection is very good in vinyl. She exclaimed that her husband is a record collector and always trying to find vinyl records. As I see they have a number of hard to find vinyl. The store is filled with cool vintage clothes , furniture, nic nacks, sun glasses. Just a plethora of cool stuff. If you are in Pittsboro, you have to make this a stop for you. What a cool place . Though I'm not an avid comic book reader, some usually catch my attention. I have enjoyed some…read morestories from the Saga series from this location. Today, I was in the mood for a new adventure. Fun fact, I made my first comic purchase here about 6 years ago. Since my last visit, the layout appears to be easier to navigate. The space is made up of about three different rooms to explore, so I didn't feel cramped or as if I was invading anyone's bubble. The staff answered my many questions and even attempted to assist me in recalling a title I was having trouble finding. Which I later identified. The parking was a bit hectic on a Friday afternoon. I was in and out within a matter of minutes. I initially dropped in for the New Bloodline comic but also decided on the Scarlet Witch while browsing. My purchases came out to $9.59. I'll be returning soon for the Saga volumes!

The impressive back issue selection is refreshed weekly and super well-organized. If you're ready to create a pull list (highly advised!), Acme is great with communication about adding new titles. Plus -- the owner and staff actually READ the new titles and are ready to give a FRIENDLY and informed recommendation. (If you've been to the "other" type of stores, you know that's not as common as it should be.) Regular updates on social media keep you informed of new titles worth checking out. The best factor overall is the FUN and NO PRESSURE atmosphere created by the staff and customers who have made this a true treasure of the local community. Really happy to discover this store.
