They still went to the work to do it, but when I specifically bring something in for a stain, if you can't get it out at a bare minimum, you should let me know that you weren't able to get it out. There was a third occasion I went to bring something into them - a cushion cover to a chair seat bottom- and he told me that he could not clean it because his machines could not basically handle the item something.
