My husband booked me in at the Spa last Saturday for 1pm, as I was in class all week. I assumed I would be there until 6pm; the earliest, since it is a 5 hour Package. I was done at 4pm. I did not receive the Hyrdrotherapy Tub treatment that is include package. When I left, I mentioned it to the clerk at the front counter. She said I could have a credit on the card or use the balance to tip the woman who gave me the other treatments. I had already given the woman a $50 cash tip , so I opted for the credit.
