A georgian grade II listed townhouse converted in a hotel. Neo Hotel is in a great position, its near the sea and main high street. I paid £70 on laterooms.com for a double room, including breakfast. The room had the most comfortable bed I`ve ever slept in. The room however was really small, not much place for luggage and I could hardly get my legs past the shelves at the end of the bed. I also thought the decor in the room wasn't 4 stars, it just didn't have to wow factor. The bathrooms were done to a high standard however. The telly was the size of a computer screen. I liked the Kimonos and snack tray in room.
Breakfast was very good, as much as you wanted it and included smoothies, fruit salad and cooked breakfast. The little dining room was stylish with polite and friendly waiting staff. I`d like to come back here for breakfast sometime, you can make a reservation separately without having to stay here. I asked the receptionist to show me the other larger ground floor and first floor rooms, the large doubles were decorated beautifully with small bathrooms and small tellys. To sum up, if you want a good position in Brighton, are not bothered about the telly and bathroom, book a larger room and enjoy the stylish interiors and special breakfast. read more
