From the beginning, communication was extremely poor between the attorney, front office staff, and myself. Calls and emails were often not returned, and I was regularly left without updates on my case. There were also issues with paperwork and communications being mishandled. At times, I was told I was being untruthful about not receiving communications, which was frustrating and unprofessional. Documents and emails were also sent improperly, raising concerns about organization and confidentiality. What was most disappointing was feeling like I had to do much of the work myself just to keep my case moving forward. I constantly had to follow up, track information down, and push for progress instead of feeling properly represented and supported. Overall, the experience caused unnecessary stress during an already difficult situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this law office to others seeking workers' compensation representation. I still ended up filling a complaint against the attorney who handled my case, paralegal and the owner with the ARDC because of the way I was treated by them all during my case and how they refused to assist me with information about the case afterwards.

I retained this firm in September 2025 to assist with a tenant matter, and as of April 21, 2026, the tenant is still occupying the property without paying rent. Given the length of time that has passed, this delay has been both financially and personally burdensome. Additionally, as of April 21, 2026, I have yet to receive any updates regarding what occurred during a court appearance in March. I have not been informed of upcoming court dates, nor have I received consistent communication from the office. Instead, I have had to repeatedly initiate contact myself just to obtain basic information about my case. The process server they utilized also took approximately four months to serve the tenant, causing significant delays. Even after service was finally completed in March, there has still been no clear communication regarding the status or progress of the case. To make matters worse, the process server reportedly left with keys to the building, which raises serious concerns regarding security and professionalism. I strongly encourage others to conduct thorough due diligence and not rely solely on online reviews. My experience highlights serious concerns regarding communication, efficiency, and overall service.

At no point did I feel like this was a lawyer who would have my best interests at heart. My personal favorite moment of our short-lived relationship is when he dramatically sighed and said "Unfortunately, it looks like I will have to do some work for you." I assume no one forced him to be a lawyer. Eventually he decided that we should serve the tenants a termination of lease. He misspelled "dangerous" on the notice. You would think for a 3K retainer he would avoid such sloppy mistakes. He then decided to change his mind at the last minute and that was the final straw. It was my mistake to put up with Aaron's bad behavior but as I was in a time crunch I felt that I had limited options. From the many positives reviews (I assume most of them are real), Aaron does know how to behave like an adult and treat people in a professional and courteous manner.
