HI, Just wanted to…read moresay thanks to Andy and his crew at Andy's Junk Removal and Dumpster Rental They were by far the lowest price and fastest to bring a container out . It was great to have the flexibility to do either the loading by myself or to have help from them to do it doing it. Even though it's a new business in a sense, they are actually an offshoot or service of a long term family business right here in Charlottesville..... Thanks Guys! Heather

I contacted Ryan from Rollin' Dice trucking on a Wednesday afternoon, 5 minutes before closing. I…read morehad come to the area to help my brother clean out a house. We needed a dumpster ASAP. Ryan took my call, answered all my questions, helped me figure out what I needed, told me how his prices compared to other services, and had a 3 ton dumpster to me by noon the next day. I could not have asked for better service, kindness, and attention from a business owner. Stellar service! Super nice guy. I absolutely recommend Rollin" Dice Trucking.

I have used Tiger for over 25 years as a propane supplier and have no complaints on there keeping…read moreme supplied with propane. In 2023 I wanted to add an on demand hot water and had them install a water heater. I didn't realize they would only install the unit and gas and not the water supply until the day they installed the unit. I had no problem installing the water and the unit worked fine for 1.5 years. At this point it started leaking and I called Tiger and was told they were a gas company and did not do plumbing. I indicated that Tiger installed the unit but the receptionist responded, I needed to call a plumber. I did call a plumber and they found the issues but would not warrant the product. Their repair did not completely fix the problem so I decided the cost to fix this water heater was going to cost more than the original costs. I punted and bought a heatpump water heater. If I had a full understanding of Tiger;s part in the effort I would have never purchased the waterheater from them and purchased from someone that would service the system under warranty. I would never buy anything other than propane from them in the future.

Not a great place. To start out, the lady at the counter was beyond rude both times I interacted…read morewith her. I would be ashamed if I heard one of my employees being rude like that to a customer. The product I ordered was not well made. I could have done a better job than that. Product was tacky and scratched and held together with double sided sticky tape. Not good quality AT ALL. Messed one of them up and took over two weeks to get my replacement and that was only after I contacted them to ask what the holdup was and of course they (very rude counter lady) had no clue what I was talking about. I wasn't happy with the product to begin with but thought maybe I was being too critical, but after interacting with the rude lady there, I see they just don't care about their product or customers and just in it for the money. Sad because I like to support small businesses, but they need to step up their game. Will NEVER go back. Will start ordering from more corporate type places for logo needs.
