Our food and drink was lovely, and I ordered a medium hot chocolate with marshmallows and a slice of Victoria Sponge. The hot chocolate quite frankly lived up to its name (it was hot) Served with our drinks and cakes, we got given exquisite Belgian chocolate truffles. The Victoria Sponge was very sweet and large. The waitress was very friendly and polite and made me feel welcome. I would recommend Deliciously Gorgeous in Eastbourne to anyone, as they are extremely accommodating. We found the staff to be very friendly and welcoming. The owner was very friendly and service was wonderful. The cafe serves reasonably priced breakfast fare, coffees and teas. The washroom (single toilet) is accessible behind the restaurant and quite clean (although the lock on the door needs to be repaired). This is definitely a bright, cheery place to have a nice, leisurely breakfast or brunch!
