I went in there today after calling the finance manager, multiple times without a call back; and they can't help me. A working key with fob is $150 & $120 to program! My fault for trusting a verbal agreement and definitely kicking myself for that!

I explained to them my schedule was very tight beings I worked two jobs, basically needed it to be sign and drive. I drove all the way to Jackson to pick up the suv only for them to have moved it to Farmington without telling me. They stated they did but I still have texts from that conversation and it's not there. I drove back to Farmington and had to complete the test drive and vehicle inspection after dark. I decided to purchase the vehicle I was told that I could not refinance it for 3 months or I would have early pay off fees, however when I called their credit union this was not true. I received a text later saying my title and extra keys were there. I.stopped by to get them and they stated there was no extra key, but they would have a key guy make one at my cost. I declined, Beings the car was already in the shop getting maintenance because it was over 3 years past due for its scheduled maintenance. When I told them this the salesperson argued that the oil had been changed, but with mercedes that isn't the only maintenance they require for longevity of the car. ,(this is more important to know about a car you are selling then how many ways to open the back hatch.) The car seems to be of quality. However the customer service and communication leave a lot to be desired .

Not here their sales person was helpful and willing to negotiate to a point. When I'm in the market for a truck or suv this dealership will be my first stop in my search. Great group of people.

We thought we had found a good dealer only to be disappointed…read more We purchased a Buick Enclave in September 2021. After driving it and pulling it behind our motorhome, we decided to trade for a larger SUV which would be easier to tow. In April, I contacted the salesman we dealt with and explained the situation, and asked him about finding us a Suburban type vehicle with under 150,000 miles we could FLAT TOW behind our motorhome. He sent me photos of the 2014 Suburban we currently bought from them taking their word it would fit our needs for flat towing. We had the vehicle for 4 weeks when we attempted to attach it to our motorhome only to find out we could not tow it because it has a single-speed transfer case. This after spending over $700 for new tires and $500 for new tow brackets to attach to the motorhome. The DEALERSHIP KNEW it could not be towed. I contacted the dealership and spoke with a gentleman who researched for me and called back to inform me we could not tow it for the risk of ruining the transmission. We are not happy with that and started looking for a vehicle we could use. I once again contacted the salesman asking AGAIN for him to find us a vehicle we could flat tow behind our motorhome. He did nothing. I looked at the Auffenburg site and saw a 2013 Tahoe which would be perfect for our needs. It was more expensive and we would have been happy to trade for a different one realizing we would pay more for the new one. Imagine our surprise when we were quoted a bid on our vehicle of over $6,000 less than we paid 6 weeks ago!!! They also had the other vehicle way over retail value according to the current market. We would have given a difference of around $6000, but not $12,777. I would say RUN, do not even think about dealing with these people. We are seniors and they plainly took advantage of us. I also have confirmation of everything I have said, I have all written contact between the salesman and myself. I have removed the salesman's name to protect his family, even though he felt no need to defend our rights. This dealership is so dishonest I will continue to give bad reviews.

I leased a car through them, a 2013 Kia optima I drive it off the lot after they said (specifically the man named cody) it was ready to be sold and the day AFTER I was driving and the engine started knocking when I called them to ask about this issue they said they were "unaware" of this issue even tho as they said, they do a "mechanic check" before letting the cars off the lot So when I tried to have them come get it from where I was which was saint louis, they had it towed to the location and said I would get the money back for it as I had to pay out of pocket (but I did not even tho I had a voice recording proving they stated that) and then they told me they had to get it to the Kia dealership because only "they" could work on it then they bs'd me for weeks about it being in the shop or at the dealership and then they couldn't even keep their lies straight and told me it was stolen off the Kia dealership lot and couldn't be tracked (although there was a tracking chip in it) oh and then "suddenly" it was found a couple days afterwards and I had an all around horrible experience. I would literally recommend ANYWHERE else but this car dealership!
