I explained to them my schedule was very tight beings I worked two jobs, basically needed it to be sign and drive. I drove all the way to Jackson to pick up the suv only for them to have moved it to Farmington without telling me. They stated they did but I still have texts from that conversation and it's not there. I drove back to Farmington and had to complete the test drive and vehicle inspection after dark. I decided to purchase the vehicle I was told that I could not refinance it for 3 months or I would have early pay off fees, however when I called their credit union this was not true. I received a text later saying my title and extra keys were there. I.stopped by to get them and they stated there was no extra key, but they would have a key guy make one at my cost. I declined, Beings the car was already in the shop getting maintenance because it was over 3 years past due for its scheduled maintenance. When I told them this the salesperson argued that the oil had been changed, but with mercedes that isn't the only maintenance they require for longevity of the car. ,(this is more important to know about a car you are selling then how many ways to open the back hatch.) The car seems to be of quality. However the customer service and communication leave a lot to be desired .

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at Auffenberg. The vehicle was sold to me at a…read morepremium price, and I was highly encouraged to purchase the extended warranty, but unfortunately that warranty has not covered any of the issues I've encountered since purchasing the vehicle. After getting the vehicle home, I discovered numerous problems that should have been caught during a proper inspection, including: * Loose interior trim pieces, including areas around the headliner that appeared to have been removed and not properly reinstalled * A rear bumper sensor that was completely disconnected * The body control module harness laying against the exhaust * All four shocks were blown and needed replacement * Leaking transmission cooler lines * Upper and lower oil pan gasket leaks * Motor mounts with excessive play What bothers me most is that these aren't minor issues that developed long after the purchase. Several were conditions that should have been discovered during a thorough inspection before the vehicle was put on the lot and sold. The extended warranty was one of the main things they recommended when I purchased the vehicle, but when I actually needed it, I found out that the coverage was far more limited than I was led to believe. I've already had issues getting legitimate repairs covered. I understand that buying a used vehicle comes with some risk, but I expected much better from a dealership selling a vehicle at the price I paid. The combination of the condition of the vehicle, the inspection process, and the difficulties with the warranty has left me very disappointed with the overall experience. I would strongly recommend that anyone considering purchasing a used vehicle from Auffenberg have it independently inspected by a trusted mechanic before buying it, regardless of what the dealership's inspection says.
