Unfortunately my 88 year-old mom and I had a very poor experience at Circle Quality shoes. I wrote…read morea polite review on their Facebook page. I thought this was the type of business that would respond. Instead they just took down all the reviews. I had called previously to check on a Birkenstock. They had the shoe, but I needed another color. I was told, "No problem we can order it." I drove the 40 miles, with my 88 year old mom. We go there at least once a year. I picked out several pair of shoes. I was approached by a red-haired man, "Looks like you know what you want." I told him, "Not really." Anyway, another lady came in and they started chatting. I went to him to ask for footie's. He continued to talk to the other lady. Then another sales lady arrived and I asked if she could help me. I had about three pair of sandals. I would have needed to order two, one a difference size, the other another color. No one ever asked if I needed help or anything. Another sales lady arrived and I asked for help. She was very impatient and rude. Mom was getting tired, so I just said, "forget it." I decided I would drive back by myself and a later time. She walked away saying something under her breath. Then I asked to speak to the manager no apology, nothing.

We choose Hank's because it's local and a staple to everyone in our township. This last time- we ordered several floral arrangements for a funeral and couldn't have been happier with how they turned out. They went above and beyond to deliver late on a Saturday afternoon and to discuss the process over the phone when we called. The flowers were fresh and the presentation was beautiful. The arrangements are competitively priced but for a small shop they provide the type of customer service you won't find at a larger retailer. Their hard work does truly make an impact for those receiving an arrangement. Thank you so much for all years you served us!

I visited the shop to learn more about their ring resizing services. I don't remember his name, but…read morean older gentleman took the ring and asked what type of metal it is. After I told him what it is, he tried looking for the inscription on the inside of the band, which is clear as day to the naked eye. He didn't believe me, and couldn't find the info even with his magnifier (red flag #1). He became agitated, but finally found the inscription. He continued to inspect the ring, and then, very rudely, told me he wouldn't risk working with it. His tone sounded like he thought I was a diamond smuggler (lol wut). I asked why he couldn't just resize it (at this point I wasn't going to let him do anything to my ring, I was just confused as hell and wanted to know what was up), and he said, "I'm not so sure about the diamond." I asked for clarification, and then he told me he believed my diamond wasn't real or lab-created. WHAT!!! I explained I had the GIA certification, and he stated that he wouldn't work with me. It was as if he just couldn't believe I had such a quality ring. I get that mistakes happen and you can't expect jewelers to be perfect. However, his attitude and claims aren't worth your business. Abridged version: The dude is a quack, don't bother with this business.
