All I brought with me was my old passport as well as a copy of my birth certificate (in case they needed it), and a check. I filled out the paperwork there which took about 5 minutes and then got my photo taken. He provided me with a piece of paper that would allow me to track the status of my new passport. It said it would take about 4-6 weeks, but it was actually much quicker than that as I got my passport in 3 weeks! Highly recommend UNLV passport services if you don't want to wait.

She found us an amazing hotel in Salzburg, Austria, walking distance to pretty much everything, with spectacular customer service and Angela got us a free upgrade on the room! Angela knows how to dig into the details, and asks you the right questions to help find things you will like, from hotels to things to do while you're there, transportation, you name it. I didn't realize how much it helps to use a travel agent and their resources to find deals that you just can't find by Googling and using travel search sites. She keeps an eye on prices and if they go down after booking, she can capture those savings for you. Also, you have a point person to call during your trip if any issues arise or if you want to make some adjustments to your trip while you're there. Since our Europe trip, she found us a great deal on a cruise in 2027 with an awesome room and all kinds of perks. She's had a lot of experience taking cruises herself and that helped so much in guiding us in choosing the right cruise for us. We are now planning other trips through her as well and she consistently finds better deals on hotels than we have been able to find ourselves.

I took the Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park day trip with National Park Express. Paulie was…read moredriver and tour guide. The early morning pick up at Treasure Island was a breeze. The were eleven of us in a comfortable Mercedes van. Shortly after setting off Paulie pulled over so we could get photos of a gorgeous sunrise. We stopped at Eagles landing gas station/convenience store both ways. Paulie ordered ahead and we stopped at Jimmy John's to pick up our lunches. We watched a 45 minute documentary about the parks that was interesting. Paulie had bottled water and granola for us. The first park was Bryce for 90 minutes. That was sufficient time to hike the Sunrise and Sunset trails. The scenery was majestic. Zion was next and we made multiple photo op stops with Paulie describing everything along the way. Paulie was always clear about time to return to van and kept the tour on schedule. He pointed out an incredible amounts of points of interest along the way., he is very well educated on the parks and local lore. Paulie kept us safe the entire day.

Carlito was a top tier tour guide, I don't understand where he found the energy to give us facts while also being extremely funny the entire time! Like no breaks... just entertaining a bus load of people from start to finish. He added his own personal touch to the tour giving us more than what we paid for and he even has a coyote that he feeds on the way back.. (I didn't believe it either until I saw it myself. He honked a couple of times and the coyote came out of the woods to come get the sandwich that he put out). I would 1000% recommend booking with Carlito in particular. They offer a lunch optional that I didn't partake in, I just brought my own lunch. The lunch they provided was a sandwich from the gas station. They also gave us two water bottles and a granola bar. There are also three restaurant options at the Grand Canyon.

Ones we got there though they weighed us and got us prepped for the ride. It was a really cool experience, just fyi, if you're really tall the back seat might be too small lol But the tour was awesome and the view of the Strip was definitely beautiful!
