However, if you have something that needs storage that you might not think requires "climate control", don't even bother. Our entire house full of furniture, clothing, etc, were in storage 2 years and was kept in perfect condition. We brought it here, and reserved 2 of their largest spaces and filled them both with our things... over 9k pounds of house hold goods. Within 6 months EVERYTHING was covered in mold spores and had to be treated before either deposing of it completely, or working very hard to heavily sanitize everything that I tried to save. Unless everything you want to store is metal... don't bother...

It appeared to me they had been cut off. I called the manager was not in and they weren't sure she would be in that day. I requested she call me but she never did. So, I took the suit by a few days later and her excuse for not calling was she didn't know what the suit looked like. Her reply was they are not responsible, because she has seen this happen to new suit. Yes, I've had it several years. She was to check at my request to see if they possibly got the rhinestones bands out of the cleaning machine. She was to get back with me to let me know and I have yet to hear from her. I got the impression when I talked to her that she could care less about the problem or me. The customer service is bad in my opinion. Oh, by the way it was the store on North 18th Street in Monroe.
