The staff is awesome when it comes to helping you out when you need storage right away. They're nice and courteous and very professional. However, if you have something that needs storage that you might not think requires "climate control", don't even bother. Our entire house full of furniture, clothing, etc, were in storage 2 years and was kept in perfect condition. We brought it here, and reserved 2 of their largest spaces and filled them both with our things... over 9k pounds of house hold goods. Within 6 months EVERYTHING was covered in mold spores and had to be treated before either deposing of it completely, or working very hard to heavily sanitize everything that I tried to save. Unless everything you want to store is metal... don't bother... read more

Great place for storage! The climate controlled areas are very clean. There are even areas for you to store boats and 4 wheelers. I have used them for years. Highly recommend. read more

Stor-A-Way Mini Storage strives to provide the best self-storage facility experience possible, with our priority being quality, prompt service to our customers by an onsite helpful staff, and a modern and secure facility. The well lighted facility is completely fenced with computerized entrance and exit keypads, and with high definition video surveillance cameras. Our units range in size from 5 x 10 to 10 x 30. All climate controlled units feature individual roll up doors and are housed inside three large buildings. Regular units are equipped with roll-up and swing doors. Popular with our commercial tenants is a covered canopy driveway area with units, ranging from 10 x 15 to 10 x 30, on both sides of the driveway. It appeared to me they had been cut off. I called the manager was not in and they weren't sure she would be in that day. I requested she call me but she never did. So, I took the suit by a few days later and her excuse for not calling was she didn't know what the suit looked like. Her reply was they are not responsible, because she has seen this happen to new suit. Yes, I've had it several years. She was to check at my request to see if they possibly got the rhinestones bands out of the cleaning machine. She was to get back with me to let me know and I have yet to hear from her. I got the impression when I talked to her that she could care less about the problem or me. The customer service is bad in my opinion. Oh, by the way it was the store on North 18th Street in Monroe. They won't have my business anymore because of her attitude. I took four suit on that visit.

Many of the machines were dirty and had a lot of detergent residue on them. Not a very large parking area, but I was able to get in and out with my dually truck ok.
