Wait times aren't as long as other locations, their customer service is extremely friendly and there's something about their smoothies that taste noticeably better. My boyfriend usually orders the exact same smoothie at every Nekter location we've been to. You would think that they'd taste exactly the same, but they don't. This location makes it just how he likes it and I couldn't agree more. Ordering from the app is easy and I love the rewards/offers to help with the hefty prices. I love the food at nekter but the service here is so bad unfortunately. Only one employee working....long line full of clients. The employee had her back to the clients for a long time and did not turn around to acknowledge the clients or say "I will be right with you". I absolutely love Nektar's bowls. But the only thing is when it comes to their juices I have only one problem. I only order the juices with beets. And they put the whole beet in and they are not peeled nor do they seem to be washed. This gives the juice a very rancid taste. When I juice at home I wash and peel the beet. And it has a fresher taste. But when I'm out and want that beet juice I can no longer stand to get it there because it just tastes so gross. And I'm sure it's because they are not clean or peeled. This nekter is the cleanest nekter we've visited. At other locations we've unexpectedly gotten the vehicle dirty because they set the to go bag on agave or blended fruit and we didn't see it because it was on the bottom of the bag only (there was no mess on the lateral sides nor the inside of the bag). So a huge THANK YOU to everyone here for keeping it CLEAN!!!! We appreciate your care and cleanliness. I usually order my juices from the Anaheim Hills Nekter on La Palma location but since my gym is near the Santa Ana Canyon Rd location, I started ordering my juices from this location. On Sunday, I ordered two 16oz toxin flush juices since there was a coupon on my app. I did not taste the juice when I picked it up. Big mistake!!!! By the way, this is by far the only juice I order from Nekter so I know exactly how it is suppose to taste. When I finally started to drink the toxin flush, it tasted like pineapple juice with a hint of red apple and spinach. It was nasty. It wasn't refreshing. It was very watery even after I shook the juice up. Absent from the drink was ginger, lemon and parsley. They definitely cut corners and sold me a bunch of nothing for $12.00. I put my juice inside the fridge and the next morning, it was sour and undrinkable. Mother's Market makes the same drink and it is filled with all the ingredients and very refreshing... They don't water down their juice. Maybe if you're present they will make the juice correctly but if you order from an app, they give you anything. Disgusting. read more

Hands down the worst Nekter I've been to. This is a new location you would think they would try to be good to get new customers. Nope. I order my usual pink flamingo and you can see the picture for your self. It was mostly coconut water and iced. It was like an icy coconut water drink. I have had this drinks prob a few dozen of time and never this bad. It's supposed to be bright pink from the pitaya and thick but icy and white and watery like the picture. I'm not coming back here again even though i live in the neighborhood. Updated Look at how others pink flamingo suppose to look like. I am not being picky and have been drinking this drinks for years. Also i took the picture right after i walk out of the store. It was not long enough for anything to separate. I work close to nekter and typically stop by before, I have never had a bad experience like this. Yesterday however I had stopped by for my usual smoothie. I had no problems with my drink and was enjoying it at work until about halfway through, I began feeling sick to my stomach. I felt something weird in my mouth and pulled out a long string of plastic/ rubber. When I tell you I was MORTIFIED. I immediately sifted through my remaining drink and fished out more unidentifiable fragments. I have no idea what they were but how disgusting and unsanitary!! Whoever made the drink would have obviously had to have known or seen there was something besides fruit in the blender. Not sure if it was some sort of packaging or what it was, but it is beyond disgusting. Unfortunately I was at work until around 7:30 and this Nektar location closes at 6 so I wasn't able to take the drink back or make a complaint. I am very very disgusted and disappointed in this though and plan to make one. Finding foreign substances in your food is very gross and unsanitary and I have had very bad stomach pain since. This is also such a choking hazard, especially for little kids!! Management should be teaching their employees better sanitation skills, but I haven't seen a single manager in the store in months! This is one of the smallest Nekter Juice Bars I have been to in the area. They still offer the same as other Nekter Juice Bars just smaller. I have only been to this location once. Customer service was good. Parking was not an issue when I went. It is located in a nice shopping center with May other stores and restaurants. I use to go to JJ for years and always enjoyed them as well but when I finally located this establishment I realized how much more I enjoy it here then there. So I have tried a few of the drinks, the green one which is healthy tasting for sure and the buzz which is really good. It's got a nice crisp bite to it with the ginger which I love. I have also got the açaí bowls a couple times and they are huge and delicious. I enjoy the peanut butter one and recommended it to anyone that's a peanut butter fan.
