Since I live out of state, it has been extremely important to have someone I can trust to take care of the property. When they first started, the lawn was severely overgrown with weeds and other vegetation. It was so overgrown that it had to be treated and cut down in sections over a period of time. They were patient, consistent, and stayed on schedule throughout the process. They have done an excellent job getting the lawn back to a condition where it can now be maintained on a biweekly schedule, with the goal of eventually moving to every three weeks. I needed one strip of cyclone fencing with a gate. Mike wanted to make everything offsite and bring…read moreit there without seeing the spot which I shouldn't have gone for in the first place so I do take some responsibility for that. It took him about two days and never during that time did he talk to me about the fact that the fence was going to be 6 inches off the ground. Truly, there was a 4 to 6 inch gap between the bottom of the fence and the ground along most of the fencing. When I asked about this at the end, he said it was because he had fabricated the gate offsite and there was nothing else he could do. He knew that this fence was to keep dogs in, so of course it was useless to me with that big gap at the bottom. A friend came over and helped me lower the mesh and it actually was fairly easy so it's even more frustrating that Mike didn't just do this. He was unwilling to fix the gate so there is a gap at the top where the gate is significantly taller than the rest of the fence but because the gate is over a cement pathway it works it is just ugly.
