Our previous agent would take days sometimes an entire week to respond to an email. We were in the market for a new company and we are so happy we were referred Natalie. Initial Contact: When we first reached out to Natalie about getting insurance using her services she was very nice and helpful. She asked that we give her about two days to gather all the pricing that fit what we needed. She got us a great rate and suggested commercial insurance which was a lot cheaper than what we were currently paying for auto insurance. This was the first experience we had with her going above and beyond what was asked of her Communication: When we have a question or need anything she responds extremely fast. Most of the time it's with in an hour or two. Even if we email her in the night assuming she will respond in the morning, she responds that night. Our best form of communication with our company is email and Natalie is the best with email communication. Customer Service: Natalie is always very warm in her responses. Doesn't matter what time of day or what the question is about she responds with sincerity. Major Scare: We had a major scare when we were notified that our commercial insurance policy as canceled. There was a mix up with in our company with our previous accountant with setting up automatic payments. Fast forward to us being notified there was never a payment made and we were cut off. Natalie was super woman for us. She literally stayed up all night and all day helping us fight to get it reinstated. She gave very detailed instructions on what needed to be filled out, faxed, signed, emailed, etc. She was not giving up till she helped us. She saved us a tone of money and headache trying to get another commercial insurance. Words can't even describe how thankful we are for all her efforts. We had not received this volume of junk mail in several years, but it began on 10/19, immediately after cancelling our homeowner's insurance. The timing is concerning and raises a serious question about whether our information was shared with third parties. Cleary it was! EDIT* 10/19/26 After ten business days, we finally received the documents confirming the policy cancellation, but only after sending a fourth email requesting that the cancellation be completed. We then received a phone call explaining that staff members had been out sick and that our email had been getting "shuffled throughout the office." Happy we won't be contacting this company in the event we have an EMERGENCY!!! 10/02/26 Unprofessional and incompetent. We contacted our insurance "broker" last year by phone and email requesting a quote for an additional home purchase and never received a reply. Our existing policy is up for renewal and we contacted their office requesting information about our policy and payment options. Their staff responded sending us back to the 3rd party insurer and provided 1st payment installment fee without a breakdown of future payments-simply stating, "The monthly payments after that should decrease. A revised billing schedule has not been generated yet..." We contacted our primary residence insurance company and immediately received a quote over the phone, signed application, made 1st installment payment, and received payment receipt, detailed installment breakdown with actual figures, signed documents, and 15 minutes later - DONE! One phone call - ONE exceptional customer service representative, and someone who took time to listen and provide consumer immediate attention with results! Clearly this insurance brokerage firm can care less about their customers and is in the market of receiving their cut without any concern for customer care. If this is the insurance coverage we're receiving for simply trying to renew a policy - we'd hate to imagine what would occur if we had to file an actual insurance claim?!
