That said I do want to share a very positive interaction I had with Mariah. When I reached out to her most recently I was in a frame of mind to drop State Farm completely. We have had them for over 30 years but with the way things are insurance wise here in CA, we'll, they are nothing special, IMO. When I got on the phone with Mariah she TOTALLY diffused me by simply listening to me rant. ​She let me share what I thought the reality was, and then took the time to explain why I was mistaken. She was right. I was wrong. The way she helped me was very appreciated and left me feeling like she was actually invested in me being a satisfied customer. I was not very nice to her initially and she stayed professional and helped change my perspective. If this had been the first time I've had this experience with her, I would likely not have shared my recent encounter.
