He kept me updated on when he would arrive (since he squeezed me in last minute) and charged me a very reasonable price. My carpet smells nice and clean, I can't really tell visually since it's a very dark carpet, but I'm already breathing a lot easier. He was very nice and personable and I'm glad I went to someone local who cares so much about customer service!
