We had perhaps 5 sessions together, of which he was late for probably 2 of them (between 5 and 10 minutes late). When we started our session, and I mustered the courage to ask him about his tardiness, he asked what it was about ME that created a situation that might have caused him to disregard me or not be accountable for his commitments. We spent some time trying to figure that out. I was shocked at the time, but played along with the charade. This man strikes me as just a waste of people's lives: a fellow who apparently is willing to STILL transfer responsibility for his own behavior onto his clients. In my experience Dr. Rosen gives psychotherapy a bad name. I hope that he has changed for the sake of his clients. read more
