We brought a 1930s gooseneck platform rocker to Neff's for wood restoration and reupholstery. It was my wife's grandfather's chair, so a sentimental heirloom. The project took a little longer than expected, due to pandemic staffing issues, but the final product is stunning. The staff cleaned and restained all the wood with great care. They left patina, but the finish is beautiful. They did structural repairs and rehabilitated springs and padding. Just took down outdoor patio cushions that I've had for 15 years. I Purchased canvas fabric to put a loosefitting cover over them with zippers. I didn't want to spend a lot of money because the set only cost me $500 15 years ago. I spoke with several Apolstry companies. They didn't want to work on it. With various excuses. "We are too busy", "We can't work with that kind of fabric", "It will still cost the same even though you're bringing your own fabric etc". Not Ron, owner of Nedds Upholstery. He was very responsive. I needed my dining room chairs re upholstered because the vinyl was started to peel. The old color was a dark brown & I wanted to brighten up things so I'm going with retro colors & the owner Ron was very helpful. I got the first two back, which are green, and I dropped off two more that are going to be orange, and when I pick those up, I'll drop off the last two, they will be teal. Super friendly and responsive. Got my chair rehabbed quicker than quoted. They did a great job.

They did a decent job on our cushions, but they do not really fit the furniture. We had brought in a piece as an example, and he had mentioned that he would build one cushion as a trial so that we could test it out and see if we wanted to go forward from there, instead he built them all and called us to pick them up. Besides taking much longer than he said it would( Which I was OK with and understood) , He didn't follow through with the original plan( even though I had touched base with him during the process) and the furniture and the cushions don't really match well. read more

Bought a used oversized sectional in February of 2019. Cushions were done but the upholstery was in good shape. I took the cushions to Neff's and had the old foam cushions replaced. Ended up spending less than than 700 total on the couch, cushion replacements, and professional cleaning. Almost a year later I can't believe how well these high density foam cushions are holding up. This company had reupholstered my 8 dinning room chairs and replaced the existing padding to where they turned out better than originally purchased brand new condition. My senior dog needed a "re-foam" in a bed that I cannot find again. After going to M.G.M. Upholstery, I was referred to Neff. Thank Goodness. Ron is so kind and considerate of what your needs are. I was a little nervous asking for foam for a dog bed, but Ron walked me through thickness and had samples I could touch and sit on. The foam arrived exactly on the date that Ron said it would. I arrived with the dog bed cover in one hand and another portion of the bed in the other. His foreman was very attentive since Ron was handling business on the phone. He had one of the employees take the cover & additional piece and placed together. Once Ron completed his business, he walked out and went out to see how it was going and then came back to let me know the employee will be bringing it up shortly. This is what is missing in today's economy - CUSTOMER SERVICE. Great job all NEFF employees and owner Ron, thanks for your help with my doggie bed. My Joe is really happy now. read more

We had two wood frame recliners reupholstered. Neff's was reasonably priced, did a very good job and not only repaired some broken hardware but reinforced the chairs so that they are much sturdier than they were when we bought them. I would definitely give them repeat business. read more
