Always friendly service And great customer service Clothes delivered clean and pressed read more

The absolute best cleaners on the UWS. They do a great job, they are super nice, and they couldn't be more convenient for Anyone who uses the 1 train. Even the gentleman who delivers the dry cleaning is the nicest guy in the world. I would never use anyone else for my dry cleaning. read more

Neet Cleaners provide a reliable service for the neighborhood. Always courteous and prompt.

High quality. They take care of your clothes and they are lovely people. Highly recommended.

For some reason, this dry cleaners does everything not to give you a detailed receipt for your clothing. Each time I have to argue for and demand a receipt from the lady who is the owner, while her workers happily give me a receipt for what I turn in when they are behind the cash register. Perhaps she is worried I will have proof of what I turned in, just in case a shirt or pair of pants gets lost. Ask for a detailed receipt, and don't leave this dry cleaners without one. read more

I moved to the area back in April and started using Neet since they were so close to my apt. Everytime I have gone in, they have been super pleasant. I dropped off a TON of clothes and told them I needed it by Thursday morning and they said they would try and long behold when I went to pick up my stuff it was all ready. They have always gotten out all the stains I have shown them and there's no marks on my black dress pants that I have received from other places from where they press the pants. I have also used their seamstress there and she is fantastic. So happy I have great dry cleaners in my neighborhood! I have not used their regular laundry service, so I cannot comment on that. read more

Oh man, this place is just terrible. Their dry cleaning AND wash and fold service are not worth a penny. They do not have an on-site cleaning service so the chance of getting your clothes lost is increased exponentially. And when they do make a mistake they make absolutely no effort to fix it, like losing $75 worth of clothing. What's the point in paying someone to wash your clothes only to have your clothes lost and employees yell at you? Don't waste your time here. Like someone else said there's plenty of other places around that are cheaper and have some standard of customer service. read more

I see many of these reviews are from 5-10 years ago, so maybe they've upped their game? I've been going to them regularly for 2 years, cleaning, cashmere, winter coats, and regular laundry... they're great. Highly recommend! read more

This place is a great neighborhood, all-purpose dry cleaners and tailor. They do a consistently good job with dry cleaning. I have had a number of items altered here, and they always do a great job. They will also deliver to your building if you live in the area and leave it at your building's front desk. Very convenient if you get home late after they have already closed. Their prices aren't "cheap", some might call them expensive. But it's worth it - stuff is ready when they say it will be, they dont lose your clothes, and they do a good job. Also, they clean the clothes on-site, so no chance that your clothes get lost in transport. read more

Actually, they do NOT clean clothes on site. So when they lost $50 worth of my clothing, they could not only locate it but ignored me at all costs. If you want your clothes lost and terrible service then go here. Otherwise, there are plenty of cleaners in the vicinity who complete wash and fold service within 24 hours. read more

UGH!!! Stay away from here! I had read the reviews about this place losing stuff, and took my dry cleaning to the infinitely better Young Cleaners on 86th st. However, because they are a couple blocks closer to me (I live on 87th street) I brought my wash and fold to Neet. Sure enough I recently popped in to pick up my 20lb laundry bag and it wasn't there. They had no idea where it went and gave me a story about how they had given it to me the day before! Well, I'm a doctor, I have to remember a lot of things, and I live in a small apartment. I think I would have remembered picking up a 20 lb laundry bag. The owner told me it was my word against hers refused to address her losing my laundry. $250 later I now have socks, underwear and t shirts. So now you've been warned. You can drop stuff off here but don't expect to be able to pick it up. read more

I'm very perplexed by the reviews below. My experience at Neet cleaners was a very pleasant one. The owner was very personable and friendly, and prompt. I came in for laundry, dry clean some shirts, and tailor a suit. Laundry and dry clean are solid. I was most impressed with the tailoring. It was EXACTLY what I had asked for my suits, and I was not even thorough. The tailor just seemed to understand everything I was saying and asking for. Everything was on point. I will come here to tailor/fix more of my clothes. Very fast too. read more

I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with this company. When I first used this service, they lost a couple of my items. They added a note to my account ensuring extra attention to my future washes. However, they continued to misplace my items (approximately $200). The lack of communication this company has provided is disappointing. I have to contact the company daily for information on my lost items that apparently was "given to another customer." Not only does this company misplace items, but also washes multiple customers clothes together. I am on week number three with still no update on my items. I am told to speak with the manager who is apparently "out sick" every workday. I strongly recommend discontinuing your affiliations with this service. TERRIBLE company. read more

Love this place! Fast and efficient. I've used them for almost a year and have always been satisfied.

No. Just no. They are overpriced, but I used them anyway because they were convenient to my apartment. Big mistake. A top I had cleaned came back with the loop that holds on the belt pulled out so that the loop was hanging down my leg. I brought it back and explained what had happened and the guy said he'd have it fixed. He gave me my receipt and when I got home and looked at it, I realized they were charging me to have it repaired. When I went to pick it up, I again explained to the woman what had happened and told her I would rather not pay to fix damage they had caused. I figured this must happen every so often at the cleaners and that they would be equipped to handle this kind of thing. Instead, she insisted that it was not possible to be damaged during cleaning and wouldn't give up on charging me. She continued to argue with me until I gave up, paid the bill, came home and created this account to get this off my chest. read more

I don't know how they stay in business! I was a long time, happy customer for many years. They altered all my Chanel suits beautifully, got stains and water marks out of Hermes scarves, did a great job cleaning and the prices were competitive. But, that's all changed... I've picked up things from here that I swear were never cleaned, even though they're wrapped in plastic. I wanted a simple alteration to coat done, that was supposed to take five days and cost $30. It not only took months, but the price jumped up to $50 AND the alteration wasn't even what I asked for! I ended up sewing it by hand, myself! What made it worse, was that there was a button in the pocket that needed sewn back on(which I intended to do) and the owner said, "Don't worry, we'll take care of it.", then tried to charge me $10 for it!! Plus, the prices are some of the highest in the neighborhood. The final clincher was when I took in a dirty vintage wool boucle coat to be cleaned(which I've done many times before, because I collect vintage clothes). She tried to convince me that it had to be cleaned by fur method, which of course is around $75(more than double the price of their already expensive regular prices) and it would take weeks! I said no thanks, that I'd take my business else where and I did! Went to the cleaners on 82nd, between Broadway and Amsterdam. They did an amazing job and charged me only $15!! Will never go back to Neet.... read more
