I'd normally never make a post like this, but this chick seriously did me DIRTY. I would never trust her ("voodoo") to ever get close to me with a needle again. I got three dermals on my chest. She had to redo one of the three dermals because it was crooked, only to have them still turn out crooked after she had a second attempt. Two out of the three had to be taken out because they never healed correctly. Ben took the top two piercings out and also gave me a voucher to get a free piercing (he was great). However, a free piercing isn't going to get rid of the scars that I'm left with after dealing with the botched piercings that I received from voodoo. I would highly recommend having someone else do your piercings!! read more

Pretty cool guy. Did a nice job. I would go to him again *my tattoo done by Spade: 5/5 stars EXCELLENT. I had just lost my son and wanted a tattoo of his footprints and some wording. Spade was very hands on- threw in some ideas of his own and this tattoo he did is still my favorite one. *my tattoo done by another guy name Josh (I think this josh still works there) 2/5 stars I understand the man was probably tired from working hard but he made it VERY apparent that he didn't Want to be there and when I asked for his input he was annoyed that I asked and didn't help on top of that he messed up on my tattoo. when I first came to this shop it was because of covid and my usual shop wasn't doing piercings or jewelry changes on minors. So I came to a close and trusted option (so my friend said). I walked in and was approached by a piercer that went by "voodoo" and I was looking for a new piece of jewelry for both of my daith's and my nose. These piercing are both WELL over two years old and healed. So I picked out some jewelry and we headed to the back. She took out my daith piercings first and was ROUGH and put in some jewelry that had some kind of deformity (sharp edge) to it because it wasn't the same one that was on the display. It caused me a huge migraine and I landed in the hospital. I got these piercings to heal my migraines. And they were working until she ruined them. Then the nose jewelry they gave me was horrible and cheap the first piercing I ever got was my nose and jewelry never upsets it. This piece of jewelry SUNK INTO my nose and made the hole bleed! I would never recommend this place, they're cheap, and they have crappy attitudes. read more

The customer service here is terrible. Myself and sister came up there to get a tattoo done. It took the guy 30-45 mins to come out and greet us. They told me to come in at 1030 and i was on time. Their time management is horrible. After sitting there for 30-45 mins he told us that he would do it at 2 tomorrow so it was a big waste of time. We came back at 2 and he came out 15 mins later saying he needs a hour to wrap up his 11 o clock appt. He gave us the 2 o clock appt the next day so I really didn't understand the hold up. Got my first tattoo here 7 years ago when I was 18 and to this day, it's one of my favorites. My artist, Mario, wasn't heavy handed, gave me exactly what I wanted, and charged my mom a reasonable price. Fast forward to a few days ago when a friend of my got some work done by this same artist, and I could not be more disappointed for him. He was charged $300 for a medium sized piece, composed of mostly text and very minimal shading and the piece was incredibly rushed and quite honestly, half assed, in both of our opinions. $300 for the mediocre work that my friend was given is completely outrageous and I would never recommend anyone visit this location or get tattooed by this artist, ever. read more

This place gives bad piercings and even worse tattoos. It's a chop shop designed to take all your money and send you out the door looking worse than before. I came here for a simple nostril piercing to match what I had going on the other side. From the start, the "head piercer" Ben was cocky and bragging to the other artist that he was going to do a freehand nostril piercing. This turned me off from the start because I was specifically requesting that he took extra care to match what I had on the other side. Instead, he gave me a poorly planned piercing that was nowhere near even with the other side. It was noticeably higher and more forward than the other side. When I pointed this out, he told me "well it's close". I'm sorry, but this is extremely disrespectful especially when I'm putting my trust into you to give me something I'll be happy with. Now I'm stuck with a piercing I hate and can't take out until it's healed. read more

I was warmly welcomed and helped right away. After some comtemplation, I decided to go for it. The artist Drew (who is no longer there) was very skilled, knowledgeable and I felt completely at ease. He drew up a design quick that was exactly what I wanted and it turned out perfect. I have referred 3 other people to this parlor and they were all very happy customers. WORST PLACE EVERRRRR !!!! I recently went to get a tattoo one on my ribs ( a quote) and decided I wanted a second tattoo one on my arm ( family tree ). Was told I had to pay up front before my second tattoo was done then once I paid I was told to come back and I was put off numerous times . I feel because I paid a chunk of money ($750) up front Mario doesn't want to take the time out to do the tattoo because he was already paid for it 3 weeks ago for it . Because he's not a man of his word now I have to fight to get my money back. I find it funny how the shop and artists think the " no refund" signs are a security net to keep people's money and not do tattoos. ITS NOT A REFUND IF ITS NOT ON ME YET!! BASICALLY STOLE FROM ME!! SAID YOU HAVE TO PAY FOR YOUR TATTOO BEFORE YOU GET IT BECAUSE IF THEY TATTOO SOMEONE AND THE PERSON DONT LIKE IT THEY ARENT GONNA PAY SO ITS A FREE TATTOO . So from May 18 2020 to today I was pushed back 4 times and today I was scheduled at 6pm I show up he's not there ... I called him and says he " forgot" . ( THIS IS THE STUFF HE HAS DONE FOR THE LAST 3 WEEKS - "FORGOT OR WAS BOOKED " then had the nerve to call me disrespected me by screaming and saying I was " demanding " when all I did was ask if he could get me in at 730 yet again . Mario did a tattoo on my wrist. It was suppose to be my daughters name. Brooklyn. He had the stencil correct then decided to free hand which I questioned but he guaranteed he could do words better free hand well when he was done I looked down and started crying he spelled it wrong. He smelled like he had just smoked a bowl then put a pound of cologne on to try to cover it up. He went over it and corrected it the best he could. I was so upset. He then argued with me that you spelled brooklyn brookyln (which is how he spelled it) then he continued to charge me $95 for the fucked up tattoo and gave an attitude when I didn't leave a tip. He also screwed up my friends side piece the same day. She had gotten 10 tattoos there and 4 piercings before then. She's never went back. I would be mad no matter what tattoo he messed up but this one is my daughters name. That's a big deal to me. And then to continue to charge full price which every other studio and artist I've talked to have all said something that small and simple would be closer to $60-$65 not $95 read more

shortly after i turned 18 i came here to get my first tattoo and a piercing. josh my artist was really chill and made me calm down because i was a bit nervous. he did a really good job. also got my belly button pierced here and devin did a really good job piercing me. i didn't feel it at all. and then i came back a couple weeks later and i got my nose pierced and ben did a really good job. he was funny and made it all go by faster. i recommend this shop for sure! read more

They may be talented but so are lots of others and they will be professionals and do what is right, they make you wait for hours until someone shows up and then charge you outrageously!
