He was very professional and talked with us the whole time. Great customer service and a great guy overall. While there I made an appointment for today to add on to a tattoo that I already had. I was introduced to Spencer, who took down what I wanted and set the appointment. When we arrived today, we got there early and met the owner Fred. My wife asked him if he could do a quick tat for her and he said yes. He knocked hers out quickly, before an appointment. Spencer arrived and after the usual paperwork got to work on mine. He did a great job. The staff is young and very personable, I would recommend this place to anyone. It's a very clean and large business with great customer service.
