Jessica in the office matches the needs of the patient with the skilled nursing provider and tells you (quite frankly) if you need a nurse, an LVN or an aide: very helpful, as we all think we need a nurse. She arranged everything for me long distance (Texas) and made sure it all worked for my friend in Evansville who needed care.
