The staff is not abusive or unresponsive, just not overly friendly. If you are going to stick a needle in my ass or ask me for a co-pay a smile really shouldn't be too much to ask for, right?

I get several weekly visits from nurses. And aides which include supplies and getting medicines. I am given baths,washings. The staff works with us to fit our schedule too. My wife who was having to deal with so much by figuring it out on her own is greatly relieved to have this staff offering direction, providing materials and services...she would probably give them an even higher rating. I like that they come to my home and l feel comfortable asking their opinions. It is nice not having to worry about getting bed sores or other items that can become serious if not monitored.
