When I went back several weeks later (late November 2020?), I asked if I could just exchange it (unworn) for one that did not. The young woman at the counter had to ask the manager/supervisor, who took a look at it and said I could. As a result, my husband also bought a jacket and we'll definitely return to pick up something else when they restock. I see in the unrecommended reviews below that others had problems with returns, but maybe the store has learned from that or there are new staff. I would not say that the staff was particularly friendly, but neither were they rude nor unaccommodating with me.
