Bronson was my piercer and was very gentle and knowledgeable. I knew I'd be in good hands with him. He helped me decide on which side of my nose to put my piercing (I chose left). I'm very happy with my new piercing. I went home with simple care instructions for my piercing. Staff were very professional, knowledgeable, and made the customer feel comfortable. I had talked to him over the phone and required a deposit fee of $50 to hold our appointment date and part of the payment. We paid a total of $350 because mine was small and my boyfriend had a bigger one and he even got us big bottles of water to hydrate with. I was definitely happy with his tattoo. I liked the vibe inside. They played music and it was cool with ac inside. The parking however isn't all the great. I had to park in the back. It gets full fast. I highly recommend these guys. I've had at least 15 sessions with Eddie (and counting) and he's amazing. Here's what to expect from Eddie: He'll welcome you with open arms. You meet him once, and it's easy to call him a friend. He's warm, friendly, hilarious, has an infectious laugh. He's on time! I'm telling you - not all tattoo artists are on time. It's terrible when you've waited months for an appointment and the artist is an hour late for their own appointment! Not Eddie. He's there before you are every time. He's prepared! He's ready to go when you arrive. He's safe! He's always using brand new needles, and keeps his equipment clean and in tip top shape. And there's never a dull moment. She will ask you for your ID, make you sign a wavier, she will bring you back to the room, cleans the area of your choice, marks the spot where she will pierce and will ask you if you like it or change it. Pain level for each piercing: Top Navel 8/10 Earlobes 1/10 Daith 6/10 Rook 6/10 There's no body jewelry there for you to buy, she usually defaults with the plain surgical steel ball and bar. She will give you a paper that has aftercare instructions and it says how long the pain lasts, how long you wait till you can replace the jewelry. My brother and i got cute sibling tattoos as a gift for his birthday. The lobby is clean and tidy along with a place to sit down and take in the A/C while you enjoy looking into the books of Shenskees' work and the many works posted on their walls. Before proceeding with the tattoos, you'll need to fill out an electronic consent form. The process only took less than 5 minutes to do too so i like how efficient it went! Our tattoo artists, Shen and Brad were great and they were very professional, transparent, and communicative from what our tattoos would like in different sizes, and they gave recommendations on the patterns of the tattoos. My brother and i did our tattoos at the same time and it didn't take long. I'd say we sat about an hour-ish. And WE LOVE IT!!! They take cash and/or card. I paid in cash to avoid a $3-4 card fee. Everything went smooth and they gave us a print of an aftercare plan. Parking is limited in the compound but there's always street parking available too! Brad also mentioned free touch ups if needed!
