He communicated well and often when explaining what he was doing. He asked if I had any questions each visit and did a great job on my frozen shoulder. I didn't think my shoulder would ever feel normal again or have any strength again. I couldn't do simple things and was in a lot of pain. Through the therapy at NovaCare and Blake's professional work and guidance, my shoulder has completely recovered! Blake was sensitive when stretching my arm or requesting me to do difficult exercises always checking in to make sure I was okay. I am writing this 3 months after I ended therapy and I am fully functional with my mobility and strength restored. At the appointment I got the direct extension to the Hebron clinic. They seem to have a central switchboard. So after waiting I called the Hebron office. They called Dr. Choudhary and then called me back and said he couldn't do PRP after all. Now I have to find it elsewhere. I like Dr. Choudhary but was disappointed about this yes then no. Also it seems he's only there one day a week. Everyone at the office is very nice.

She pointed out I was having stiffness in certain arm positions and that the continuance of exercises and a cortisone injection might get me over this episode and back on track. I had to stop physical therapy as Medicare was starting to bill me as it appeared I had exhausted my covered allowable visits. Lesley gave me the confidence to keep up my exercise protocol at home and to return in 8 weeks to assess how the injection might have helped my range of motion. He said we could also possibly fit in an Epidural if I thought it was necessary. We had to get this handled quickly as I am having shoulder replacement on NOV 7.
