It's a weird time to move (March 2022-pandemic ongoing, great resignation, etc) and we'd heard and read some horror stories about traditional moving companies not getting stuff delivered for weeks because they've been just overwhelmed. The call center folks, dispatchers, and drivers at U-Pack were all pleasant, professional, and got stuff done when they said they would.

I'll give them, that online I could not add boxes, but they should have asked on the phone confirmation. They doubled my quote at 7 hours and $1300! Absolutely unacceptable! After I scrambled for a while, T Square movers were thankfully able to get me in that day for $900 including same day fees. They were very understanding about my now emergent situation. 2 movers were able to have me done in less than 4 hours! I will never call or recommend 2 men in a truck for anyone!
