If you don't wish to be seriously let down Avoid like the plague!! Went in with My Dad on the 6th Nov and arranged flowers to the sum of £455 for my Mums funeral to be delivered on the 14th November to the undertakers, even called in the DAY BEFORE THE 13TH with our cards to be put on the flowers to confirm everything was OK for the next day! 10.30 am the morning of My Mums funeral got a phone call from the undertakers informing us our flowers hadn't arrived !!! We made frantic phone calls to the Proprietors Mobile & Landline and left numerous messages she never returned any of them, a family member even rushed around to the shop to find it closed, My father was inconsolable!!!, when I visited the shop with my sister in law the next day for an explanation, we found the proprietor had made the flowers FOR THE WRONG DAY!!!
