We made frantic phone calls to the Proprietors Mobile & Landline and left numerous messages she never returned any of them, a family member even rushed around to the shop to find it closed, My father was inconsolable!!!, when I visited the shop with my sister in law the next day for an explanation, we found the proprietor had made the flowers FOR THE WRONG DAY!!! She offered no genuine apology and gave us a list of excuses including that it was her Birthday on the 14th!! She was Also unwilling to Refund my Dads money at first

They deliver locally and are very reliable in this respect. You are also able to order flowers to be delivered elsewhere as they are part of the Interflora Group. The assistant in the shop is very patient and tries hard to match your needs. All flowers that I have had delivered from there have always been of good quality and nicely arranged.
