Phil is one of those rare professionals who's not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also genuinely dependable and honest. He showed up on time, took the time to explain what needed to be done, and completed everything efficiently without trying to upsell or cut corners. You can tell he takes pride in his work and cares about doing things right the first time. His pricing was very fair -- no surprises or hidden fees -- and the quality of his work speaks for itself. It's such a relief to find an electrician you can trust, especially where reliable tradespeople can be hard to come by. I'll definitely be calling Phil again for any electrical projects, big or small.

PERRY'S A/C Repair is located in lovely Big Pine Key, FL…read more After three days without A/C (thankfully the weather was bearable) I choose to call PERRY'S. I was scheduled an appt for the very next morning. Brain with PERRY'S, along with his assistant in training showed up on time, dressed in covid-19 required attire. They were both clean, well prepared, respectful and professional. Even more important to me, after looking over my Rheem unit, Brains' diagnosis; "It's simply a blown breaker". He could have easily taken advantage of my lack of knowledge when it comes to A/C repair by claiming some made-up major problem. Then charging in the hundreds to thousands of dollars. I'm sure you can relate. Btw, PERRY'S does NOT charge a pre "Appt Fee" just for scheduling like some other companies do. Then, while leaving my property, they noticed a small water leak coming from the outside garden hose, brought it to my attention and were even nice enough to fix it free of charge~ Oh yes! I'm thankful to PERRY'S for being a true blue, honest A/C Repair company that goes beyond what's required ~ REFRESHING!

Considering I needed 12 new batteries for the house and engines, there's huge price disparities in my options. They came out on time as promised. Text messages to let you know every step of the way. Upfront pricing so you know what to expect. While I'm hoping they can find a way to have a Cummins certified mechanic on board, Old Town Marine is clearly number one go to in the Keys. Couldn't be happier to have found Old Town Marine.
