You're better off buying used quality furniture than this cheaply made "new" furniture…read more Bought bedroom furniture and the 2nd day the drawer was unable to close. The absolute cheapest drawer rails were used. I have 4 drawers all completely broken within a week of owning. This furniture is just pressed cardboard painted put together with drawer slides that must have cost them at least a nickel. Maybe 2 for a nickel. Even worse is when you call they don't care at all and give you a number that just automatically goes to voicemail. Not a call back ever and you can try to call until the end of days, you will only get voicemail. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for quality furniture or buy some quality furniture used, you will thank me later. Service is non existent, Value is 0

I was able to get just about everything for our house there. All of the workers are helping and friendly. I also had the kids picked out their fav colors in sample size cans to paint our next project. Brought home 4 different colors, a few brushes, clear wax finish and a paint roller. I'm a…read morerecently widowed senior citizen who never thought I'd ever be shopping for furniture on my own until I moved into a small apartment to be on my own after more than sixty years of marriage. I have a very small kitchen area adjoining my living room and I needed a small table and a couple chairs that would not be too obtrusive, yet with enough tabletop to accommodate two or four people. In no time sales associate, Kathy Michalski, a talented interior decorator with almost forty years' experience, understood my situation and after looking at my photos of the kitchen cabinets, hardwood floor and surrounding carpeted area in the adjoining living room, and did some calculations based upon the available area. She suggested a couple wicker tables with glass tops, none of which quite fulfilled my expectations. Then she suddenly remarked, "I just thought of exactly what you need!" and took me to another showroom with a non-wicker style table and matching chairs with a completely different design utilizing drop leaves that allowed the table to serve its intended purpose without overpowering the limited space. It so happened the color of the table, chairs and seat fabric were a perfect fit for my small kitchen and I was immediately sold! The new pieces are solid wood, not a laminate and albeit a little more expensive than some other options I looked at, I feel the value is well worth the difference. I only wish I had room for more furniture and accessories from this most unique store. And this is from a guy who hates shopping!

I was sad because we like to shop locally but their customer service was so hostile. This was 2 years ago. Recently we decided to try the store again for outdoor furniture, however, the owner did not want to work with us since we had returned the defective furniture before. I was shocked that she did not have enough confidence in her suppliers to insure that more furniture would not come in defective. As an interior designer, I am also amazed that local stores do not go the extra mile to please their customers. That is why it hurts the local economy.
