We have been out right turned away from some offices that would not even accept our son as a patient since we are opting out of some vaccines and spacing others apart. Dr Reeder of course recommends following the CDC vaccine schedule as most doctors do, however it is refreshing to find a doctor that is open to our ideas and doesn't put us down for doing what we think is best for our son. Dr. Reeder met us in the waiting room, introduced himself, and shook our hands---very professional and overall a very nice man. The doctors are highly reputable in the area, I believe primarily from a lack of options and also a lack of patient medical knowledge. When we called to make our appointment the office staff took out insurance and told us we were covered in network. We ended up changing to a different office because we felt little confidence in the ability of the doctors at this office. 7 months later fast forward I received a collection call for 1k+. They sent us to collection and claimed that we were not covered under their network. We have blue cross blue shield. It negative affected our credit and may affect our ability to buy a home. We paid the bill immediately however we're shocked that no one ever called or sent us a single email. Avoid this place.

The staff in the pediatric office are very nice as well. The patient room is pleasant and at a comfortable temperature, being that you have to immediately undress your baby upon entering. I always get so nervous knowing that my son will be receiving shots. But the staff allows you to be with them and hold their hands while they quickly administer them. They even give you plenty of time to comfort them afterwards, never pushing you to leave. Overall, great experience even though it's a medical environment. The only suggestion I have is maybe some mood music in the waiting room to drown out the sad wailings of kids down the hall. It always breaks my heart to hear them but I know they are getting the best care.

Arrive to appointment at 3:45pm. Last week parent and child were not seen till 5:08 PM, out of the building at 5:17pm for a 4PM appointment. This week, sibling to previous child, same type of appointment. It's 5:24pm and they are still WAITING!! Why make an appt for 4PM if you are not going to see the pt till 5PM or later!! Make the appt for 4:30 or 4:45!! Thank goodness the parent didn't have to use their PTO to bring the child this appt!! Do better Adv. Health!! Poor service!!

I took my friend to a routine appointment for skin irritation. We entered the building which has plenty of handicapped parking on both levels along with handicap access (he is disabled). There is an elevator and stairs. I was so surprised to see how clean it was! I took him to his appointment to see Doctor Thomas at Oroville dermatology. The place was spotless ! The doctor (PA) was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave my friend alot of helpful hints and complimentary cere ve samples for his skin.
