Tina does amazing job, fast professional and kind. Below are my nails right after and also 4 weeks later - no cracks or chips, just grew out. I also take my mom there - she would not want to go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

It's been a few months since I've been back to ND Nails only because of some personal reasons that put me to live across town for a few months. However, I moved back and I went back to my favorite girl, Tina! She is amazing, so friendly and just a breath of fresh air to help you with not only your nails but also choosing the best shape and color. I absolutely adore Tina and will most definitely be back again very very soon! Thank you to the entire staff at ND Nails but a special shout out to Tina! :)

First time getting nails done here and two days after the gel polish chips, they were all lumpy and my thumb nail broke. After returning to fix the problem they tried to charge me to fix my nails ( additional $40) I wanted my mother to get a pedi while I fixed my nails and that was a horrible mistake! The older woman left her toes a mess. The hot stones were cold, her toe nails are throbbing and the polish is all over her skin. We addressed the problem to the owner and she didn't help at all. She didn't even try to solve the issue not look at my moms toes! She just wanted the money. The pictures show everything! Won't be going back!

I'm originally from Cali but I recently took a trip to Arizona to visit some family for the first time and then my nails broke...‍while looking for a place to get them done I came across ND Nails, seeing the good reviews on yelp I decided to call and make an appointment. Tina was nice enough to make time for me. I went in and felt super welcomed, the cleanliness of this place was up to my standards so I proceeded to sit down and although I was alittle nervous, Tina made me feel extremely comfortable, she recommended I get ombré nails with almond shape which I usually don't do but decided to try it out. All I can say is I love it! The color the shape and everything was perfect not to mention Tina is super fast and good at what she does so I didn't have to sit too long which is a huge plus for me as I hate sitting for long periods of time. This place is definitely a gem. If I ever come to Arizona again this will be a place I would visit again!

Two nails snapped off not even 24 hours after leaving the salon

I went in to get gel x, she started doing something different and I should have spoken up then. Whatever it was seemed similar to gel x, but was more of a hard gel that ended up being completely uneven in thickness and she just kept saying she wasn't done yet. It took THREE hours. Additionally, two of the nails snapped off not even 24 hours after getting them on. It was a time consuming and frustrating experience in the first place so I wasn't about to let her try to fix them, and I had to cut them all to be even. I called a couple days later once I realized I wasn't going to have time to stop in and explain and she denied me a refund. Needless to say, I won't be going anywhere near this business again. Only good part about the nails were that I liked my design. Even that is uneven though. Probably the worst set of nails I've ever had.

I've been coming to ND Nails for a couple of years now. Mimi is seriously the best at what she does, I highly recommend her. I've asked her once to do my Acrylic set and since then she's always remembered the exact shape and color. I prefer mine to look natural and have always had problems with other nail techs but she is really amazing! I did a natural nail with SNS dip today and loved them! I'll post those pics below.

I will NEVER go back here again!!!! I waited for 8 weeks to get my nails done during quarantine, it was one of the things I missed the most. My usual salon was booked up so I came to ND Nails. I would rather never get my nails done again then sit through that experience. I scheduled an SNS manicure, full set. The tech didn't say anything to me when he sat down; shape, tips, or style? Nope. He did very little filing and didn't trim my cuticles or clean up anything. Put the SNS first powder coat right on them then finally asked for my shape preference. Odd... My nails were pretty short already, I told him (the tech) "Don't take any length off, rounded shape please" He took all the length off and squared them. He cut the sides of my left pinky 6x, I kept pulling my hand back and saying Ow but he didn't seem to care. He was sweating profusely the entire time, I worried it was going to drop onto my hand, he kept having to ask the tech next to him what to do polish to use. Was I his first victim??? Felt like it. It gets worse... My right hand he had to redo 3x, used the wrong top coat and tried to put my hand under the UV light. You don't use the UV light for an SNS manicure that is the entire point of SNS!!! My right hand has smudges and polish is lumpy and rough. I can't believe I paid money for this. Looks like I'll be going to my usual salon next week to get them redone. Thank you ND Nails for confirming that I should never come back here

I love getting my nails done here! Tina does an amazing job and I always ask for her because of her attention to detail and skill level. Every time I've come in, the environment has been relaxing and I've always left happy with beautiful nails that last a long time, even through all the harsh things I do like yard work and lots of dishwashing. I've had my nails done at other places and they haven't been as quality or I've noticed the top coat has yellowed over time. That never happens to me at ND. They also do an awesome pedicure here as well. My nails were three weeks old and I still had a gal stop me while I was in Vegas for NYE to tell me how amazing they looked and wanted to know who did them... she was sad to find out that Tina was not local to Vegas. This is my go-to spot. Thank you, Tina!

To start off, there is NU Nails on the south side of McDonald Rd. by Bashas, but ND nails is on the north side next to Chizona (just Incase anyone confused them like I did.) A friend recommended this place for reasonably priced pedicures and gel manicures. No complaint here. Both were great and super affordable. $35 for a deluxe pedicure and $30 for gel manicure. Here's the thing- I don't know why some of the nail salons in Scottsdale skip the a/c and keep the doors open, but we live in AZ people. Which means you mix hot temps, warm water, and coffee with my already unregulated body and I sweat. Not sexy. At least have doors that have screens on them. Because there were FLIES everywhere!!! No joke. One was sitting on my nail tech's head when she was doing my pedicure. I know. I should've said something, but she swatted at it so many times I felt it was unnecessary at that point. Soo, maybe go in the wi Just an update: only three days after getting the gel manicure, it started chipping on multiple nails. I've never had chipping happen so soon. read more

Save yourself the trip and wait for an appointment at Nu Nails across the street. I've given this place a chance several times, but cannot seem to get a great experience and have always felt rushed even when I've made an appointment. I'm not too particular when it comes to my nails, but I do expect a decent pedi massage and with the SNS nails, I expect it to stay for 2+ weeks. This has not been my experience at ND Nails for either service. Last time I was there for a pedi it was so warm inside my girlfriend and I were fanning ourselves. Add the warm temp along with the fact that this place is not well ventilated, and you'll choose the express service everytime. Everyone is nice enough, but there are far better places nearby for the same cost, if not cheaper. read more

Tina has been doing my nails for a year. She is always willing to try new things I have found online. The picture attached is a "marble" look that she has never done before and she Nailed it the salon is small with a warm vibe. They have most new colors but plan to get more. I love Tina, she is a great nail tech. read more

I used to come here all the time to get mani/pedis. They usually would do a great job, but I went to a pedicure over the weekend and it was awful. The women who gave me the pedi literally went through the motions and half assed the entire pedicure. My toe nails are uneven, the paint is slapped on. She even made fun of me for not wanting to get callus removal. Worst of all she talked to the women working next to me the entire time and her massage skills weren't even sub par. I asked her to press harder and she just looked at me like I was crazy. I don't know about anyone else, but the massage is one of the best parts of the pedi. I miss Kevin and Tang! Probably won't be going back. read more

My visit to ND Nail Spa was amazing. It is a small unassuming store front. However, when I walked in I was thrilled with the decor and the amazing cleanliness of the spa. There is a check in process on an IPad which made everything feel so very professional. After choosing my nail color, I was invited to sit in a pedicure chair. My manicure was also performed in the spa pedicure chair which was wonderful to get done simultaneously. V who did my pedicure and Tina did my manicure, are some very skilled technicians and extremely professional. Loved my experience. Go, go, go get pampered. read more

I was looking for a new regular Salon after moving to AZ and ND Nails is it! I called at 1pm on a Saturday at made a 3pm appointment. I had less than a 5 min wait even though they were pretty busy. I came in with a coffin nail design that I found online and immediately Lena helped me find the perfect gel colors and glitter powders that I wanted. I absolutely love how my nails came out! Lena got the shape perfect and even did them nice and thin (per my request) to keep them as natural looking and feeling as possible. I also wanted a gel pedi and she matched my nails and toe nails perfectly with my big toenail matching the 4 glass style glitter nails. I am so happy to have found ND Nails! I will definitely be going back regularly. Also, the shop was very clean and even smelled nice. There wasn't that overwhelming acetone smell hitting you in the face. Total cost for a new full set of gel coffin nails with 2 accent nails on each hand was $55. Not cheap but not expensive either. I feel that it was a fair price for what I received. Pedi is 25 but I added 15 for a gel pedi with accent nails. Again, I was ok with the prices. Mon-Wed is 15% off before 1pm Definitely give them a try. I'm so happy that I did! Tried a new nail salon, wasn't pleased at all. I understand alot of these salons are owned by non second English employees, but when I tried to tell him that my nail beds were burning and I was in pain from the uv light he just smiled and said ok. Then after the 3rd time of tryi ng to tell him he turned the fan on. I'm not the kind of person too make a fuss or cause any trouble so I didn't stop the process of gel application and curing. But I definetly won't be going back. I've had gel manicures before and they did not burn this badly, I can still feel it now like I touched a curling iron with my nails. Also my gel nails are chunky looking. If I wanted chunky nails I'd get acrylic..i know I should have asked for a refund or something but I don't want to hassle with that unless my nail beds start to raise because of the UV light, then I will definetly be back for my 40 dollars. read more

The lady wasn't exactly friendly and didn't do a good job. She scratched me with her long fingernails several times and seemed like she just hates her job. I'm a guy who isn't a nail professional but I think I can do a better job. Maybe I expected too much but does this (see photos) look like a good job to you? I paid $106 for a mani-pedi for my wife and I and for that kind of money I expect a better result than what i do to my hands and feet in a few minutes. read more

First time here and it was not a good first impression. I just got regular SNS nails with #75. My nail technician didn't speak at all which is fine cause I don't mind just sitting there, but she also kept rudely pulling my hands closer to her instead of speaking up. Normally when I get my nails done the nail technician controls your hands and fingers so I'm not going to know I'm in a difficult position for you unless you say something. Honestly that's not even the part that bothered me. When she went to file my nails after the SNS was on she pressed so hard that my cuticles and skin actually broke apart and started to bleed. She had to put clear nail polish or whatever she used to glue my skin back together cause it kept bleeding. Then she used the mechanical filer and nicked me with that too. The actual service wasn't that impressive since she missed the sides completely and 3 of the nails have really noticeable imperfections on them. They took off $4 bucks cause I said something but she actually tried to charge me full price initially. This should have been comped or way more taken off. I'm usually not picky at all about my nails and I tend to always keep quiet if they mess up cause I know mistakes can be made. It's generally a good idea to take care of your customer though if you make mistakes that are more than just imperfections. Then I tried to use a 10% off code that they have on yelp for checking in and they said it only worked at 1PM - which is fine but you need to state that somewhere. Otherwise as a new customer I'm not going to know that since I've never been there and it doesn't say it anywhere on there. I've attached pictures. Hopefully the owner takes this seriously and makes this right. read more

I'm currently here helping my sister out who is recovering from an open heart...AZ has been very drying for me and my toe nails looks so bad and in grown toes are hurting. Followed the Yelp reviews and they didn't lead me wrong! The place is deceiving... seems a bit iffy from the outside as the shopping center isnt the highest class. Once inside its completely redone and sanitary. Added 15 min massage and actually got the full amount! Pricing is great, service is great and totally comfortable. The most reasonable prices in the area really! read more

Went in on my lunch break for a Gel French manicure since I was not able to make it to my regular salon before I go on vacation. The pros- Went in on my lunch break they did get me right in. They offer a 15% off discount Monday-Wednesday until 1pm. The cons- I felt rushed and I'm not happy with the end result. Lines are uneven on manicure. She didn't polish my entire nail. End result- I will not return to this salon. I will drive to the other end of town and make the time to go to my regular nail salon in the future! read more

The woman who answered the phone is very rude. I called in the morning to ask for prices, then I called again later in the day to make an appointment and I asked the price again to confirm what I would get, she became impatient and said "you already called once for the price, and you're asking again now, if you call again later I'm not answering the phone for you." I chuckled at the audacity and she mocked me! "Hahahahahahaha" in the snarkiest tone. I ended up going across the street, to Nu nails, and if you're reading this I recommend you do too. The techs are very very sweet and patient. Good work too. read more

I've been to many places this is by far the best one and I wouldn't go anywhere else. The staff is very friendly and my favorite person Mimi does an excellent job at nails, and eyebrows. They take their time to make you feel comfortable and make sure you are happy. Every pedicure comes with a foot massage that is so so good! Absolutely LOVE this place! read more

I always feel like a Princess when I'm at ND Nails!!! If you want a quality manicure and pedicure please visit them. They are between 7-11 and the pizza place on Granite Reef and McDonald. Best nail place in Scottsdale!!! Mimi always does a creative and original job and my gems never fall off!!! They are always positive and friendly. The salon is immaculately clean!!! This place is walking distance to my house which right away makes nice. I've gotten many pedicures here and I'm always happy with whoever does them. I always get in right away, and never feel rushed to leave when I'm with a friend that's taking longer. I got a gel mani with Mimi today and she did an awesome job. Living around the corner I was excited to see a new salon go in, as the one in the Bashas plaza leaves a LOT to be desired. I had some spare time last week and stopped in to get a pedi. The salon was very clean and modern. They got me in quickly and I got me going. I chose a basic pedi and was not disappointed. The polish is still perfect, my heels still smooth!!! They took their time and did a very nice job!!!! My only suggestion would be to bring your own polish if you have your heart set one something specific as it seem a lot of their colors were very similar and not super trendy or "fun". read more

I recently loved from out of state and I am so glad to have found this little gem! ND Nails is so relaxing and clean. The pedi chairs are not all that but the pedicures themselves are incredible. However, Nancy, was a phenomenal expertise at doing my hands. She knew what I wanted before I even asked. For the first time, I stepped out of my comfort zone and took to her suggestion. We tried the gel x with a French tip. I have never done this full glue on method nail after a full soak off, but she guaranteed it. If it wasn't for her, I would definitely have not come back. Actually, I was about to leave the salon altogether and have my man come pick me up. However, seeing the camaraderie with the nail technicians working together as a team, almost like a family, without the owner, it made lt made my heart warm and she was deciding the person who won me over to choose this salon. Haley was super quiet and sweet. I don't think she spoke a lot of English, but she was very efficient and precise with making my feet look like a bomb.com All in all, I got done way faster and I had way less of a headache and almost any other nail salon I've been to. I was very confused when she was about to start to put acrylic on. I said no no hard gel which I mentioned. She almost proceeded to continue to put acrylic on and I said please no stop. I've never had acrylic on my hands nor do I want it. Hard gel only. Not only was the shape wrong since I ended up with pointy claws. She also painfully dug at my cuticles which is not normally part of getting a hard gel fill. I was left with peeling skin on a few cuticles as it was extremely aggressive. I ended up finding a wonderful new place after doing a bit more research and they were able to fix my set beautifully. You would think with the location and price points they would be more upscale but certainly not thaw case. I won't return and do not recommend.

Every since I moved to this neighborhood I've ONLY come to ND nails because I've never had it better. My acrylics always used to chip after 2 weeks but here I can go till they're fully grown out without any chips or peels or snags. They also make them natural and thin which is awesome! Today I had Ana do my nails. I can't get them long cause of working on a computer but I wanted points for a change. Ana gave me exactly what I wanted. She also picked out the blue glitter gel to complement the other fingers and it looks great! She was very quick and professional and I highly recommend her! read more

ND Nails is amazing!! Love the service and absolutely love my nails every time. I just started the SNS nails and are always fantastic! I just went back in a few nights ago...a little bit of a wait time but totally worth it...and Lena even stayed late to finish my nails . I usually always get the norm white tip with the squared rounded edge tips but this time i opted for something very different. I did the almond shape and ombre! ND nails is great! I went here for the first 2 weeks ago as I just had moved to the area. I am very particular about my nails and ND nails delivered! I had Anna work on my nails and she did a great job on the new SNS powder! I was very happy with the results! I've had SNS before and it has always been layered on so thickly, but Anna made them thin and more natural looking. Anna was meticulous, detailed, and very gentle and friendly! It has been two weeks and my SNS nails are still like new! This will definitely be my new regular salon. I highly recommend this salon. Ask for Anna! read more

I am very happy with my new nail salon, I just moved to AZ 3 months ago. I love colored acrylics and they are hard to find, the owner made some suggestions for my nails health that also keeps cost down with all the color changes I do. Now I have clear acrylic with gel color on top, looks amazing! Mimi is super talented and gentle, she does great custom designs! After 3 visits this is absolutely my new place! read more

Mi Mi and her employees are wonderful. I have lived in this area for years and I've learned my lesson , every time I Try and go somewhere else and then no where else will you get such attetion to detail, polite customer service and 100% customer satisfaction . Sat in chair to get my pedi all i heard was dogs barking i guess there is a dog grooming next door ,,Then other side pizza place so smelled pizza and dogs barking for over an hour . Lena and the rest of the staff are very welcoming, so clean in here too, all the tools are sterile and they use liners for pedicure stations. I've had gel and acrylic done here as well as pedicures.
