We initially spoke with a woman who was very kind and was able to work with us. This was due to us being over an hour from there. They send over a video, highlighting some minor scratches and dings. This wasn't an issue as any used vehicle is liable to have some scratches. Upon arrival, we go to take a look at the truck and see that the right front panel of the truck is not only dented but seems to have been "fixed" and "painted" with a color that did not color match. There also appeared to have been some rust on the frame that was painted over with spray painted with CHROME. Not even the color of the truck which was silver. This was incredibly disappointing. Not only did we drive over an hour but we were lied to. A complete waste of our time and gas. Our salesman was David.

I was the…read morelast car of the day for them - they didn't even start until 4:30p and they stayed until almost 8pm (without complaining once) to make sure every last little detail was covered - which is saying a lot since my car was covered in "shotgun tar." My car has never looked better! Nick was the contact person. He made it easy to schedule an appointment; he actually called when an earlier appointment date became available; they arrived promptly and on time; and he followed up with me the next day to make sure everything was good.
