It was easy to setup my corporate card against a personal account. Used them twice from Crewe Station to Cottons Hotel at 36 quid per trip and Crewe Station to Radbroke Hall at 12.50 quid. Think the driver was only late once. They were able to accommodate scheduled pickups with only a few hours advance notice (due to not knowing what train I would be able to catch from London). I didn't really know what I was looking for, but found a brand new yellow and blue bus complete with friendly driver. The driver chatted to many of the passengers and after my A to Z let me down, he helped me find where I had to get off. This bus service (391,392,393) runs from Stockport to Macclesfield and stops in many little places in between. Bakerbus also runs services around Crewe and Stoke. The only problem was that I had to catch the train back, as the next bus wasn't for 2 hours!

There was a lack of information around the bus station and I found it hand to find out which bus goes where the fact it was difficult to find any staff around the station other than a toilet cleaner made it even more difficult. Both times I used Warrington's Own Buses, who are the main bus operator who goes from here, my service was both late and the driver was extremely rude. They also never replied to my complaint - I guess it isn't the station's fault its-self but it does play a part. 2* - Other than location there isn't much to shout about for this bus station, as a visitor to Warrington I felt lost, issues with the buses and finding information about services which just wasn't made clear (and that's in comparison to 95% of bus stations I've been to), if you know where you're going or you're The Lucky One, to quote Uku Suviste's Eesti Laul 2021 entry, this place is you. Booking through Expedia wasn't the best experience but visiting the actual location certainly made up for it. I arrived horribly early in the morning off of a long haul flight and was promptly greeted by Caitlin who quickly attended to my rental booking. I asked about upgrade options and Caitlin offered my a choice at different pricepoints, she was determined to meet my needs. I ended up was a great vehicle at a price I don't think is far to disclose, needless to say I was delighted, my expectations were exceeded. I was unclear as to what insurance products I should take and Caitlin took the time to describe to me what was available and what would best meet my requirements for coverage etc. Caitlin even took the time to provide a brief tour of the car so I could ask any questions that I might have. Overall, Caitlin was a wonderful representative of Europcar, I left the site in a car that I was delighted with, having been helped to buy products that best met my wishes, I did not feel like I was sold products, but helped to buy the right ones, this was a reflection of the customer focus and professionalism of Caitlin, I can think of a few car rental firms that could learn a lot from handling a booking the way that Caitlin did, Europcar will be my first stop when it comes to booking my next rental vehicle, I would not ask for or expect a better quality of service. From the innumerous companies based in Manchester, I chose Europcar as it is a well-reputed company in the market, trustworthy and with relatively affordable prices. According to the booking summary I did not contract any other services or extra options in addition to the car rental. When collecting the vehicle the employee present at the time suggested me to upgrade my cover to a premium insurance, to which I said I was not interested. Upon my answer, your employee gave me several documents to sign under the excuse they were mandatory to the conclusion of the rental contract. The car was returned with a full tank, without any faults or damage, something that was checked by your staff at the time of delivery. I was completely gobsmacked and furious when I received the invoice where you Europcar charged me almost double the amount that had been previously agreed. I will bring again to your attention that I did not contract or subscribed to any extra services, neither at the time of booking nor at the time of collection. After reading SEVERAL feedbacks from other dissatisfied customers on several internet pages, I can finally understand where the issue relies: Because I refused the premium insurance, the employee took advantage of my apparent rush to collect the car keys and the fact that I was a foreigner and non English native, to give me the premium insurance contract to sign mixed up with other paperwork. This is fraud, and you are accountable for it. Unfortunately this situation, which is very difficult to prove, seems to be recurring and many customers were scammed in this way (you can find plenty similar cases here in Google Feedback, for example). That said, my only question is: Are your employees who, in search of commission money, deceive Europcar customers? Or is Europcar the one encouraging employees to carry out this type of fraudulent scheme? Until what extend are you as a company involved in this fraudulent scheme? Either options are despicable and reprehensible. Considering Europcar has been operating since 1949 and has a reputation to uphold, you should be ashamed of your employees actions and take responsibility for their misdeeds. I expect nothing than a full refund covering the extra money that was abusively withdrawn from my account, and for the employees who have been carrying such fraud to be sanctioned and brought to justice. I expect an answer from you within the next 15 days, and in the case of failure I will seek further action with legal authorities. I will also report this matter to the GOV.UK, Trading Standards Institute and to the ECRCS. You can fool me once, but you won't fool twice. As someone who travels to England twice a year, I will never use your services again, and I will make sure this situation is widely spread.

With each and every booking they have been incredibly professional, understanding and efficient. Unfortunately we've had to have a number of changes with our bookings and everytime Jo and Jason have been so understanding and accommodating. The booking process is very easy and straight forward and we have never had any issues with the payments. A night out isn't complete without being ferried back and forth by the Hummer or Bus no longer can we travel by plain old boring minibus. There have been many occasions where we were actually disappointed to arrive at our destination as we were having such a great time in the vehicles. The vehicles are all in fabulous condition and the lights and sound systems in the hummers in particular are spot on! The open top bus in particular was a fantastic way to travel with such a large group of people even zooming down the M6 with hair blowing everywhere was a fantastic experience (must remember to take a brush with me next time!) To be honest we were all very surprised by how relatively inexpensive the service is compared hiring a minibus or having a convey of taxi's! The party atmosphere of the Hummer or Bus definitely put everyone into the right mood! I would definitely recommend Earl's Limo's to anyone looking at hiring a vehicle and we will definitely be using them again.

Called back at 7.10 for update, operator said he'd find out and call back, which he did at 7.20 to say taxi broken down and no other vehicles available.  What kind if service is this? 50 minutes later than expected and dropped at last minute with only a simple verbal apology. Disgraceful behaviour from a company that states on its answering service about moving large quantities of people. I wouldn't trust you to walk my dog!!!!

I really don't see the point in the Burtonwood services at all given that you are less than 10 minutes from Liverpool where the motorway ends. Its only redeeming feature is the KFC where you actually get what you order and it tastes good unlike the one at Alban Retail Park where they just seem to dump a random collection of food in your bag.
