They have products that helps with my MTHFR polymorphism. Dr. Kendal Stewart is behind a lot of these products.

The schedule is easy to find on MindBody as well as posted in the studio. Studio fees are reasonable. The studio is clean and well lit and has all of the equipment you need for each class. There are 2 class spaces - a small yoga-ish studio off of the main room and a larger concrete floor studio in back with a small platform/stage and a roll up door for ventilation/extra light. Both have plenty of mirrors, light, and fans if needed. Alicia and her staff are super friendly and welcoming. There is always someone at the desk greeting students and getting you situated. Another cool note is that Alicia sponsors or partners with non-Columbus-based instructors who don't have studio space for extra offerings or events.

(Ex. A women's or men's fitness center "card" was $5-for the first card. I can see charging me if I lost one, but come on! At $80 a month the first one should be included. 6) Rudeness. The workers became downright rude at times. That $5 fee I mentioned above...I watched a worker pocket my $5. 7) Planet Fitness opened. For a fraction of the cost I get a lot of the same stuff, minus a pool. Maybe I'll try them again in the future when my daughter is older.

The Pilates Reformer class was challenging, but not in a way that makes you feel overwhelmed or defeated. Heather is a fantastic instructor. She gives clear and motivating instruction. I really appreciated how she gives form and technique corrections, so you know that you are doing the exercises safely and correctly. The class size was small which I preferred as a beginner. I am already looking forward to my next class here!

They still owe me $10. I've been in contact with them for over a Month and still no refund. Other things I don't like are the place is dirty looking, they charge an annual fee in addition to their monthly fee to up-grade their equipment ... I never saw any up-grades. In fact I asked them many times to replace a bike near the TV. They put a sign on it and it's still their as far as I know.

In fact, about 5 of their treadmills are broken and most of the metal free-weights are busted. 2) The women's and men's locker room lockers are broken. The lock part is busted or the doors are bent and you cannot close them. Also, these locker rooms are filthy, there is water dripping from the ceiling tiles and there isn't soap available to wash your hands. I carry my own soap. 3) The front desk staff and trainers will not pay attention to gym members. They constantly have personal conversations at the front desk, they curse, and they ignore customers standing up front waiting to pay for drinks/water. I asked them about many of the members dropping or throwing the free weights and they laughed and suggested I was being too judgmental. I rarely see the manager there. She also seems to have an uncaring attitude. 4) There are several males who work out there who are allowed to shout, curse, walk around in muddy boots and throw the dumbbells and barbells on the ground. They basically are permitted to break the rules listed at the front of the gym. This is just an all-around dirty gym with broken equipment and a staff that does not care. We pay about $53.00 a month (couples membership) and you definitely get what you pay for. An LA Fitness is being built near my home, I cannot wait to join and be free of this dump.
