Mammoth came out and got fans and dehumidifiers up quickly, and have worked through my insurance company to get our kitchen back in order. I hope to NEVER need their services again, but if I do, I am confident that Mammoth is the right company to call.

The adjuster came out and was great said they would get me a quote in 2 to 3 days max. Cut to a week later no quote so I called in to check on the status and was told every time I called in..it should be end of the day. That went on for 3 weeks the last time I called in I was told it would be done by Friday of that week and to give them time. Friday came and went and no call or quote. I called today and was sent to VM which then just hung up. I called back and asked Theresa if the owner was there and was told everyone was gone for the day and that there was no quote at 9 am. I asked if they didn't want to work with me to just let me know so I could find someone else after a month. I was told that was not her place but that there was no other help to give me. Mind you I waited a month to be told they were not even providing me a quote. Now I have to start completely over because of them. I would never ever use this company. And honestly good luck getting your work done if this is how they treat someone just being patient and giving them ample time to quote work to be done.

I had a "simple" project involving removing and replacing a ceiling fan and light fixture. I am an out-of-town property owner and needed someone reliable to handle things. He showed up, on time and finished things up with no inconvenience to anyone, especially my tenant and his family. Thanks again, Jason!

Our trailer tongue jack quit before we got our sway bars on. We were stuck. I called the campground office for a referral. They referred me to Big's. I called and spoke to Cynthia. I explained our situation. I told her how important it was that we get home today. I have a huge project beginning tomorrow for my job. Cynthia said her serviceman was at the campground next to where I was but she was not sure how long he would be. Cynthia assured me she would get him over as soon as possible. In less than 15 minutes the serviceman, Chris, called me and asked what space we were in. As I told him the space number, he was driving by our space! In minutes, Chris found the burned out fuse - we had looked for and could not find - replaced the fuse, and showed us where the manual crank was -we had searched for this too! . Chris was professional, polite and knowledgeable. He had us up and running so fast. We were in our way in no time. I was able to get on the road in time to make it for my project. I would recommend Big's to anyone in Arizona who needs RV repair. They service most of the state. The price was very fair. I thought we would get gouged since I was a "rush" job. I'm here to tell you this has to be one of the best experiences I have ever had with a small family owned company. The integrity that Joel the owner showed is just the best. I try my best to use locally owned companies in Flagstaff and give them a chance to earn my business. I have tried to get service or a replacement fireplace here in Flagstaff for years. All the other companies do not even want to take a look at repairing my fireplace. They all want to replace it. Joel and Wizard's talked to me about evaluating the fireplace before any recommendations. Wow! What a refreshing experience. Joel did a thorough job at looking at all the parts of the fireplace. Explained as he went. I had no idea that the gas fireplace logs "must" be set in a specific configuration for the unit to work properly. He looked up the manual and made sure the fireplace was set up correctly. Once he did his evaluation he got it working in no time at all. Again.... He got my fireplace to work rather than push me to buy a new one like the competition. The value in being able to save over $15,000 was incredible. How can anyone write a bad post or review when clearly this man is genuine and honest!!! I can't stress enough that this is a great company and worth it to you to try them. I will most certainly have them back to do the proper maintenance and when it's truly the time to replace this fireplace Joel and Wizard's will earn my business.

This is the second time Jason has been here and he is very good. My complaint comes with the fee charged $497 for a 45 minute job. This was up $130 from last year which was up over $100 from the year before!! I'm a 70 year old widow. They don't offer a Senior discount but when I called I was informed that had I had the job done between Memorial day and Labor day I would have gotten a 10% discount. Nice that they never informed me of that after ALL these years. I probably wouldn't have done that because I wouldn't have wanted anyone up on my roof in temperatures of 100 +. I'll be looking for someone else. So much for loyalty.
