Then you will strip down and get wrapped in some fabric panels that will light up when activated. You will then lie there for 30 minutes while relaxing music is played. The light panels are very bright and fairly hot. Once the 30 minutes are up, you will then stand on a vibrating machine, while Beth will ask you about your plans for the day or weekend. Not once did she ever asked me about my diet or exercise habits. I did not get the impression that she knows anything about health or nutrition. She wears a lab coat, but it might as well be a costume. I purchased a three visit package, and while I did experience a bit of a shrinking around my waistline, it was very temporary. I feel like the process is like being in a dehydrator, and that after a day or so the results will fade. If you want similar results, I think you can just lie out in the sun for a few hours. It's funny I'm the first to review on yelp, yet since this experience I've read negative reviews on Josh on other platforms. None the less, believe them. Anything that might be a positive review is highly likely to be written by Josh himself or someone he knows. This has to be my all time worst experience with anyone in any type of business. Josh is the owner of this establishment and has no integrity, no business customer service training and survives on manipulation and lying. I purchased a service to which the instructions said to call and make an appointment. Which I did . Josh said that that service was no longer available but he could credit the purchase to a like service but it would cost a few hundred dollars more as he was a very high end boutique. That's fantastic, then don't offer a discount product if you don't need the business and then do a bait and switch. We tussled a bit back and forth and finally he just told me to go get a refund on my credit card as he wasn't going to honor his offer. Demand a refund on my card is exactly what I did. The refund was given and a lesson learned. A few weeks later my credit card company sent me a letter stating the refund was reversed as Josh had challenged it and said the product was delivered. Umm what product. It was a service. I got on the phone with my card company and explained. The charge back employee was good enough to look at the research with me and find he indeed was not a shipping company but a service company. She found 2 separate tracking numbers he tried to claim was proof to 2 different address on the east coast that he shipped the package and it was received. What frickin package, it's body sculpting and you need to be in person to receive the service. Needless to say my card company quickly credited me again and sent back the information stating to Josh he would not be successful on this robbery scam. And Josh, if this happens to be read by you, I will also be reporting you to the BBB. It's sad that you do not have any integrity or business knowledge. And the fact that you are actually touching peoples body with those dirty slimy hands, yikes! If you have to run a scam to take peoples hard earned money it doesn't sound like you have a very successful business at all. Sad and despicable. Seek out a service for self improvement and do better as a human being.
