For a bank, they're alright, actually. Started opening Saturdays, good for us working folk, and the queues seem to well managed and minimal.
Their personal service good, although a little confused at times. Don't try and ask staff about online matters as they clearly don't know a lot about that, you'd be better of ringing Natwest HQ if you need any advice on the website or online accounts.
My old work used them for business accounts and they were pretty satisfactory for that too. Facilities include: ATM outside, paying in machine, mortgage and savings advice, but no parking outside and no on-site business manager. You'd have to head into the city branch to find those things.
