Since I've been seeing her - I have never had to go to my GP (except for blood tests) or even the walk in clinic (which used to be a monthly occurrence for me) because now I am armed with knowledge and know what to do. And also because Dr. Hans is always available to help. She's an amazing doctor. Incredibly professional and intelligent. Caring and supportive. She is always doing work after youre gone to help you. I had Brian walk me through why I was experiencing the pains and soreness in my back and neck and he gave me exercises and simple lifestyle changes that I could do to help prevent the soreness from coming back. Brian understands how to take preventative measures when it comes to sports as he is an athlete himself. He has done the iron man, triathlons and marathons so he gave me great tips on how to prevent injury to my upcoming marathon run. I had originally gone in because I had sharp pains shooting down my neck and into my back. I was able to walk out being able to turn my neck without any pain. A day later, I'm feeling better than yesterday as a result of the massage. I HIGHLY recommend this place, and recommend getting Brian. He is highly knowledgeable, very well experienced, and I felt he desired for me to get to a healthy place. There was no pressure to come again, but I know I will be next time I have any soreness! Long story short, I was developing a number of health problems related to stress and anxiety. Lei consulted with me on a number of occasions to help me with my wellness, that included acupuncture sessions (awesome!) and nutritional advice. Surprisingly, she used very SCIENTIFIC explanations for everything, and it all just made sense to me. I have also used her acupuncture services to relieve muscle pain. I recently had pulled my back and her needles worked tiny miracles. Definitely worth going to as a supplement to your regular doctor. It is worth it even if you aren't covered by insurance.
